- IJIvy JohnsonSep 7, 20232.0I had the most terrible shopping experience with MAC. Do not shop online for MAC products. I used the 'try it on' app on their website and bought three lipsticks and gloss. However, when they arrived, the colors didn't suit me, and they weren't the true colors. I contacted customer service to exchange the colors, but they told me they couldn't just exchange the products; I had to return them, and I wouldn't get the discount. I was furious because it didn't make any sense. I wouldn't need to exchange them if the colors actually suited me. Plus, I don't want to return everything because I've already used some of them a couple of times. The whole situation was a joke. I might not spend a lot of money on MAC, but 80% of the cosmetic items I have are from MAC. However, the store staff was extremely helpful, I give him 5 stars. If not weren’t him, I’ll give it 0 stars. So, shop at the store, not online!!!!
