We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I described it to Caylie, and she immediately knew I was talking about Curl Power. She let me try a sample, and it smelled amazing! Since we have a similar curl pattern, she also recommended Super Milk and let me sample that as well. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and that she took the time to recommend a product based on my hair rather than just pointing me to a shelf. She made the entire shopping experience so pleasant. I’m usually someone who likes to get in and out of stores quickly, but Caylie was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. Every time I shop at Lush, I receive excellent customer service, and this visit was no exception. Thank you, Caylie, for making it such a great experience!
