  Not sure of his name white guy blond hair has a cross tattoo on his arm, he had an insane attitude with me for no reason was talking to me like I was dumb he needs to work on his attitude tone delivery and customer service lucky I was in a good mood today

  Aoife always takes her time with me and is incredibly patient. She’s consistently willing to help with anything I’m working on, and she does it all with a smile. I truly appreciate how she goes above and beyond every time

  Went to this location last night to pick up an order. Asked an associate and she scanned my barcode. Went to the back and I waited for her. She came back and started cleaning up the aisles. I waited for a while. One associate finally came and asked if im being helped. I said yes but i don't know if that lady is going to get my order. The second associate was kind to help me after waiting for that lady. I don't typically write a review but this is the 2nd time this happened in this location since last December. I never went back since then but it never changed :( customer service could have been better. I don't understand how you are assisting a guest and just ghost them?? But thank you for the second associate that helped me!

  I am a loyal customer with Sephora all I requested for exchange unopened with a receipt This manager name myral not helpful at all very strange how she deals with her customers at Sephora Antioch ca very disappointed very rude and unprofessional behavior
