Very overpriced, but you're paying for convenience I guess? The whole rock/aura mantra left me flat. And 50 min for a massage is not enough by any means.

I love this spa and we go at least twice a year. This was our first time going for a wedding anniversary, I called days in advance to let them know and asked for something special for my wife but there was absolutely nothing done (I mean, a note, some chocolates, it didn’t have to be any extravagant but something thoughtful!). Disappointed on my end and a miss for them for sure! The facilities and service are impeccable though.

Do not get the permanent bracelet here! I had mine on for two months before it broke and fell off. It did not break where she connected it, either. One of the random links split. It is way too expensive to only last two months.

Called a month ago to ensure our group could attend their fitness class without being a hotel guest and they said that is no problem. In fact their contract still specifically tells you the different procedures to follow if you are not a guest. Able to book online fine without needed any reservation details, no problem. They call a couple days before we are supposed to attend stating they changed their policies to only allow guests. I ask on several occasions where this is written in their policy and they said it isn't written anywhere because it is "so new". I beg them to make an exception as this was our bride's one must do for her wedding. They refused. If you tried to book right now it still wont ask for any reservation information since this rule just got made up.
