Vibes are totally off from the rest of Disneyland. I wanted a special bottle as my trip souvenir. The first time I went into the store to sniff some things and felt like the staff had a rude and better than you attitude. I sprayed some things and left to decide on a bottle. I decided to give it one more go and went in to try between two bottles. Unfortunately the one I wanted the most had sold out, the employee than acted as if it were my own fault and “that’s why they inform people when they are low on something.” I was not informed by the first employee that there were only 2 bottles left unfortunately. I ended up leaving and bought some necklaces on Main Street, the employees there were incredibly kind.

I love the perfume, but do not love the treatment by the employees. I feel like people are judged the moment they walk into the store with who can afford the perfume and who cannot and treated very different. I would not buy from here based on how I feel I was treated. Do better Disneyland and hire people with true customer service.

Always stop by here on my Disney trips and buying a few items. Staff/Cast members are very informed on the products, very helpful and always friendly to everyone that comes in. Always a pleasant experience when I come.

I love to stop in and buy my perfume from here every year. This year it was such a treat to have a bottle hand painted. My favorite Disneyland souvenir!
