  I love the perfume, but do not love the treatment by the employees. I feel like people are judged the moment they walk into the store with who can afford the perfume and who cannot and treated very different. I would not buy from here based on how I feel I was treated. Do better Disneyland and hire people with true customer service.

  Always stop by here on my Disney trips and buying a few items. Staff/Cast members are very informed on the products, very helpful and always friendly to everyone that comes in. Always a pleasant experience when I come.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mlle. Antoinette’s Parfumerie in Disneyland. I am an avid Disney fan and have been visiting both Disneyland and Disney World for over 20 years. I come to the parks to enjoy myself and happily spend money on things that create lasting memories, but this experience was the complete opposite of what I expect from Disney. The employees were very rude and came across as elitist. I felt judged and unwelcome, as if they had already decided I could not afford the products. I was barely allowed to smell the perfumes and was never offered assistance. The difference in how we were treated from other customers inside was uncomfortable and deeply disappointing. Disney is known for outstanding customer service, inclusivity, and making every guest feel valued. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had in my 20+ years of visiting the parks. I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and extremely let down. I truly hope management addresses this behavior, because no guest should ever feel judged, dismissed, or treated differently in a place that is meant to be magical for everyone.
