  Dave is incredibly detailed and patient when it comes to his work! Not only that but he is incredibly sweet and caring and keeps an eye on his clients to ensure they’re as comfortable as possible. He completely blew me away with the piece he created for me and I can’t wait to continue to return to him. If you’ve been in the market for a new tattoo piece, run don’t walk to Dave I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  I came across Dave and his Tattoo shop (Dark Heritage) via IG. I came all the way from Richmond, VA to get a tattoo from him. His work is incredible, however, it’s not just his work that stands out but his personality. Very friendly, talkative, and funny. The fellow tattoo artists at the shop were very accommodating as well. Go visit the shop, incredible work!

  I have two pieces from this amazing artist of a man. He’s so chill and easy to work with. I get so many compliments on my tattoos (even other tattoo artists have asked who did my work and were amazed and in awe of his skills)! One of my tattoos is a picture of a real person but I wanted her to be made to look like a vampire and somehow it looks JUST like her which was going to be a challenge because her mouth is closed in the original picture but of course he executed it to exactly how I dreamed! I also love that on the second pass (when it’s going to be pretty painful) he puts his own concoction of numbing creams and sets you up to have a more pleasant experience in that way. I can’t wait to get another piece from him! High quality art is what you get here.
