  I’m happy I got my powder i wanted but the service was absolutely horrible tonight. I bought it at about 8:07 pm tonight on 09/27/2026 and the girl at the register has the worst customer service. She didn’t even greet me anyone who went to the store, nor ask if I needed help, or when she rang me up couldn’t even say thank you or at least goodnight. The bare minimum customer service and she couldn’t even do that. When I came back to ask about a blush she was so condescending a rude. I probably wouldn’t come back to this location for Sephora. There’s so many other beauty advisors who actually love their job and provide good experiences.

  Shout out to my goat Elena for all the help, I came by after work so I was very frazzled and had a hard time explaining what I was looking for. But she took the time to listen to me and look at the examples I was showing her of the products and look I was going for and absolutely nailed it. All the products I could pick out for myself were either too pink, too plain, or just wrong. So having a professional have a look at my issues and give me tips and recommendations was great. Hopefully next time I come in Elena will be there to offer some assistance 💖💖💖

  The majority of the time I've been here associates don't greet. Their selections are very limited if looking for options to choose from be it make up, perfumes, etc...
