- APAbel PadillaDec 1, 20255.0This is my favorite store to go to, when getting all my supplies I need, today I went and I spent around 2 hours shopping for products, I was asking questions all the time and recommendations, I was being held by Angel and Debby honestly they are the best of the best their customer service is 10 out of 10. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, inpatient, they will checked me out at the register and she made sure I had everything I needed THANK YOU!!!

- PFPriscilla FraticelliFeb 15, 20211.0I can’t say I have ever been thrilled about the customer service in this location. I also have noticed they are understaffed. I have been denied to use the restroom with the big sign on there that says restroom is out of order? I have visited salon centric‘s out of state and all over Southern California never not once have I not been able to use the restroom their locations are usually very high end clean organized and well staff with fabulous representatives. Sometimes I walk in the store and they look at you like what are you doing here? Is it me or is anyone else noticed it?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
