The barbers are mostly solid but the manager (amber) is unreasonable; and as you wood expect the subscription system etc will get you with “gotchas” unwilling to listen or compromise. Not worth it. Gave them every chance to make a common sense issue right but they refused.

We love Amber. She does such a great job on my son's hair. Been coming here for 2 years and it will always be our home barber!

The person that was supposed to cut my hair was having car trouble and wasn't going to be there on time. If it was the other way around im sure it would have been quite bothersome for the shop.

I’m costumer for years, but yesterday Melissa wasn’t available and I scheduled a hair cut to my son with Jennifer, the service was absolutely terrible, I can’t even fix the mess she made because my sons hair is too short.

First and last time visiting this shop, customer service is terrible and my poor 9 year old could’ve received a better haircut at cost cutters! The lady who cut his hair rushed through it and didn’t even care that his hair in the bang area was crooked. I felt so bad for him as we normally go to a barber but he desperately needed a cut! Don’t spend the money here, take your business elsewhere!
