Prior to Botox injection with Tori, I was experiencing debilitating and horrible TMD / TMJ with intense 10/10 headaches from years of accumulated facial muscle tension from clenching and grinding my teeth. Tori totally reversed everything with just one amazing Botox treatment! I feel like an entirely new person, I can't even believe how amazing I feel... I booked the Botox appointment solely based upon my experience with Chelsea for a IM Kenalog injection for severe allergies. I absolutely trust her clinical expertise. Chelsea performed one of the most complete clinical assessments on me. For comparison, I used to go to Cedars Sinai in LA and UCLA Hospital in Santa Monica. I thought Cedars Sinai and UCLA Hospital were top tier until I met Chelsea. Truly all the stars for Chelsea! ✨ ✨ ✨✨ ✨ 🐶 They have the cutest guard dog ever.

  Wilson’s Aesthetics is amazing! Their customer service is awesome, so professional, and personable. Marissa is my beautician and she has done an amazing job with my microneedling sessions. I am pleased with the results and her expertise when it comes to recommending me products and routines. She is conscientious, kind and sweet, I will be a forever customer! Also, her assistant is so attentive with scheduling and provides me with the all the information needed in a timely manner. 🤍✨ Highly recommend!

  The customer service is outstanding and it is evident they care a lot about making a good impression and keeping clients happy. This was my second time having a facial with Marisa. This time, I had the Emerald Cryotherapy facial which was really cool and different. After the first facial, (Platinum Diamondglow) last Fall, she had recommended either the oxygen or cryo facial for next time. I loved how plush and comfortable the bed was and how cozy and fluffy the bedding / covers were. I appreciate how it leans more towards a day spa feel vs. a medical / doctor's office feel. Marisa is a wealth of knowledge and had really great suggestions on products / a regimen to help with my skin's texture. She seems to really enjoy her craft. The extractions are never pleasant but need to be done and she was very thorough. The Cryotherapy facial was one I would absolutely get again. I really enjoyed the cryo portion and the cold stainless steel ice globe tools on my face. I really enjoyed how nice my skin felt and still feels, after such a great quality facial, dermaplaning and high quality products. My only feedback is after I got home and showered, while washing my hair, I noticed that a few (2-3) hairs had been cut from the top of my forehead (dermaplaned) by accident. This is a pain point for me because I had the same thing happen about a year ago at a different spa (only that time it was much worse, and many more hairs). Growing those front-most forehead hairs back takes a long time and looks super awkward, so I was sad and disappointed to feel the spot and see they had gotten inadvertently cut. Aside from that, I am happy with the experience, the facial, the service, the 2 new products I bought and everything. Marisa is lovely and very good at what she does, I will definitely have another facial with her and I am excited to start on Tretinoin next week.

  I was having a severe tmj flare up. I could hardly open my mouth. I called and the girls got me in quick. I see Tori for my tmj Botox injections and she is always so sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. I know it takes a week or two for complete relief but I do already feel less tension. I highly recommend! They never care if I bring my kids! Always offer us cold drink and have payment plans!!! May be slightly pricey for some but I’d rather pay to feel safe, confident, and have reassurance with the stuff going into my face is of the best quality! Love this office. Will never go anywhere else!

  I booked an appointment here at ‘Wilson Aesthetics’ about two weeks ago and came in about a week ago for it. I booked for a promotion the woman who answered the phone told me about which was a $125 ‘special.’ I did not get a call the day prior to remind me of my appointment and was aprox. 13 minutes late. I got there and was met with a large poodle type dog running around. I went to the front desk to check in and get paperwork to fill out. I then went in the room with ‘Aymee’ where she had a dog water and food bowl near the door inside of her procedure room. She questioned why I wanted the procedure I booked done… long story short I got something different than what I had booked for done. I booked for an additional appointment while still in the procedure chair at the time as I felt pressured to and that if I didn’t I would be judged. I went to check out, as I was the last client of the day, and was told something along the lines of no worries- we’re here as long as your appointment takes (when I apologized for being late.) upon check out I was trying to pull up a reward system to get points, I couldn’t find it- so I paid and left. When I got in my vehicle I looked in my visor mirror and sat there for about 15 minutes. I had just rushed to get to my appointment (I called to confirm the time and when I said I didn’t get a reminder and will be a few minutes late I was told no problem at all be safe,) been told many different things about my appearance and profession, and booked another appointment for a $1,700 procedure- so I was processing everything as well as looking over what I had just gotten done. I was thinking everything over and realized- my face was never even sanitized prior to receiving the procedure. I texted shortly after and got no response for days. This is the my own true personal account and experience of my appointment! I had written an initial review and received a threatening email from an attorney demanding I remove my review which violates my first amendment right to share my honest opinion. I WILL NOT BE BULLIED or have my rights silenced! People die all the time from infections! My face was sprayed AFTER the procedure with ‘Puracyn’ that does not negate the fact that I should have had my face sanitized with isopropyl alcohol prior to any procedure/treatment being done- especially if it involved penetrating the skin barrier (I am not sharing any of my HIPAA information in this review hence some vagueness on what I had done.) not only was proper procedure NOT followed, I was threatened- violating my rights, my federally protected HIPPA documents were shared with multiple entities as well as the attorney- without my consent, and my character as a person has now been questioned when I did nothing wrong here-‘Aymee’ did and clearly does not want to own up to that. Rather than admit to not sanitizing my face I’m now being bullied to silence my voice, my medical records are being illegally shared and read by people I never signed a disclosure to share them with, and as I said my character is being brought into play. A simple mistake has now turned into this- my attorney will be in touch. Just know that no Bully such as wilson aesthetics or Melissa Rueschhoff are going to take away my right to an honest review.
