- MSMagan SuterJun 25, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lash Envy and, honestly, saddened that this is how they conduct business. I cancelled my membership in February and believed everything had been properly terminated. Then, completely out of the blue, I was charged another $107 in June without my authorization and despite receiving no services. As a new single mother, having random charges continue to hit my account months after cancelling has been incredibly stressful and upsetting. I have now been dealing with disputed charges totaling $428 and have had to spend my time contacting the company, reviewing bank statements, and fighting charges that I never authorized and received nothing in return for. What concerns me most is that the cancellation communication indicated that no ongoing charges would be applied once the cancellation was completed. Yet I still found myself being charged months later. I strongly encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review the cancellation terms, save every email and screenshot, and monitor your bank account closely. No customer should have to worry about being charged months after cancelling a service, especially during an already challenging season of life.

The owner Michelle is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend going there.
