  Day one Vs. Day three of Lash Envy's Wet and Wispy Set. Even after careful and proper care, there was no way these were staying on the two weeks I was informed they would last for. They were already falling off on the ride home and I had a big weekend ahead of me, so it was just a super "Oh well..." situation. I paid around $250 for this set PLUS a $40 tip. I feel ripped off, disappointed, and frustrated. I have already contacted Lash Envy and spoken with a representative that informed me that the owner would reach out to me to rectify this situation. I normally hesitate to leave low reviews on any company- especially those that take pride in their work- but when I am paying this much for a service and let down to this degree, I can't justify not speaking up about it. While I can sing praises about the cleanliness and ambience of the establishment all day, as well as the employees professionalism and friendlines... I cannot say the same about their quality of service. I am hoping to work with Lash Envy to amend this experience.

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Lash Envy - Dana Park! Sarah is my go-to lash technician and she kills it everytime. I leave feeling beautiful, confident, and relaxed.

  Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my eyelash extension service on 7/15. I paid for a hybrid but explained to the tech I usually gets a classic natural look and wanted that with just a few more but stay natural. I even showed a picture of what I wanted. I came in after taking time off work early for my birthday and left embarrassed at how I looked. I wasted my time and looked awful. Barely touching my lashes and they fell out thankfully or else I don't know how I could've gone outside. I tried calling the manager and have been phone tag since last week. All they've offered is to come in and redo. I don't want to spend more time or effort when I was getting this done for my birthday and a work event.

  Lash tinting. I had my 3rd appointment today. My first appointment was an epic fail on My behalf because I was such a nervous Nelly. I was a bad patient :/ I couldn’t handle closing my eyes and someone touching them. Round 2, I was determined! I made it through only because I had a babysitter, she talked me through it (nearly held my hand, haha. She was so patient and kind. I have almost blond and sparse, fairly long lashes, brown tint isn’t a stand out attention grabber, it’s very natural looking and just makes me feel like I look better. Round 3 today, I hope I’ve now graduated, but because she kept me focused on telling stories I hardly noticed the whole activity! They turned out even better this time. For me seems to last 5-6 weeks. Ladies if you are apprehensive this is the place to go. Talk about above and beyond. It’s a welcoming, relaxing, clean, friendly environment, with great staff. I’ll be returning, hoping to take baby steps with becoming a better me through more types of services.
