  DO NOT GO HERE! Cancelled my membership because the product quality was terrible. The owner has continued to charge me for almost a year. She even refunded me then continued to charge me. I feel bad for the girls that work here…they are nice but the owner is a fraud.

  The eye lashes tinting went well. After getting home, I noticed my lower lash on my right side was not completely tinted. I will be coming back in.

  I loved the girl that did my lashes, she was the sweetest. They turned out wonderful. Definitely will be returning!!! Ignore the hair

  Absolutely DISGUSTING experience with Lash Envy. I would give zero stars if I could. We showed up ON TIME for our scheduled appointment at the location we were given, only to find a sign on the door saying the location had CLOSED and they had MOVED. We immediately called, explained that we were standing outside the closed location, and were told to drive to the new location and come in right then. We drove STRAIGHT there. It took approximately 25 minutes instead of 20. When we arrived, they turned my wife away. Then they actually charged us a $50 “missed appointment” fee. Let that sink in: WE showed up for the appointment. THEIR location was closed. THEIR sign told us they had moved. THEY told us to drive to the new location. Then, because the drive took roughly FIVE MINUTES longer than apparently expected, they refused to see her and charged us as though we simply hadn’t shown up. After I called and challenged the charge, they refunded the $50 — but then said they were still going to charge $25 for the technician’s time. The audacity of making a customer pay for the consequences of your own location change is unbelievable. My wife is Asian and English is not her first language, and the way this entire situation was handled left us with the strong impression that she was being treated differently and taken advantage of because of the language barrier. Frankly, the experience left us wondering whether they simply have a problem with Asian customers. I can’t speak to their intentions, but I can absolutely speak to how their treatment of my wife came across to us. We will NEVER give this business another dollar. Changing locations without properly communicating it, turning away a customer who followed your instructions, and then trying to charge her for the privilege is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Avoid Lash Envy.
