This was my third visit to the Chanel Beauty boutique, and every time I have had a very positive experience because I have always met professional and attentive beauty advisors. I would especially like to mention Mehmet Bey. He is a true professional, knows the products very well, listens carefully to what you are looking for, and genuinely helps you find what suits you best. During my most recent visit, we found the perfect foundation and powder for me, and also chose the right foundation shade for my friend. On a previous visit, when I purchased a fragrance from Chanel’s exclusive collection, I also received a very lovely gift, which made the service feel even more special. I also really appreciate how beautifully and carefully they prepare gift packaging — it looks elegant and feels very special. I was also lucky enough to find a limited-edition set with two lip glosses here, which was already quite difficult to find at the time. I specifically come to this boutique and will definitely continue to return. A big thank you to Mehmet Bey for his attention, professionalism, and wonderful service.
