It was exactly the kind of experience you’d expect from a premium beauty retailer. Today, I came to this location, and the difference couldn’t be more drastic — and frankly, unacceptable. More than half the testers are missing, especially in the fragrance section. The shelves look neglected, and worst of all, the staff are rude, uninterested, and act like you’re a burden for asking for help. I came here with a clear purpose — to quickly buy products I need for work. Instead, I was told I had to wait 10–15 minutes just to try something because employees are only allowed to bring out two items at a time from the stockroom. That’s absurd. I explained that I didn’t have time to stand around, but they showed no urgency or care. Same issue with the perfumes — no testers, no help, and no accountability. As a regular Sephora customer who spends money here consistently, I expect better. I’m not asking for special treatment — just basic service, stocked shelves, and professional behavior. This store falls far below that standard. Something needs to change.
