- MMMaryna MuzychenkoJul 19, 20265.0this is a really great store! i had a situation where i placed an online order for home delivery, but it got lost. when i contacted customer support about it, they sent me the exact same items for free. and when i finally received the new package, the post office found the previous one, so i reached out to customer support again to ask if i needed to return it—and they said no! also, the store employees are always polite, friendly, and helpful. i never have any problems, and i’m always satisfied with my purchases and shopping experience

First, I would like to mention that the sales associate who assisted me on the floor provided excellent service. She helped me choose several products, and I was very satisfied with her support. However, at checkout I was assisted by a different employee (not the same associate who helped me on the floor), and the experience was troubling. My total purchase was approximately $382. I paid $100 with a gift card and the remaining amount in cash 290$. When the cashier counted the money, I was told that $12 was missing. This was surprising, as I was confident in the amount I had provided. At that point, I recounted the cash directly from the cashier’s hands, as the money was already with them. I was certain about the amount I had given. During this moment, I noticed movement of the bills while the cashier was handling them, which raised concern for me. Shortly after, the cashier stated that 20$ “fallen on the floor” on their side and added them back to the total. The situation felt unclear and uncomfortable. Given these circumstances, I am concerned about the accuracy and transparency of the cash handling during my transaction. I believe this is important to ensure customer trust and prevent similar situations in the future.
