- LFLoona FennelAug 1, 20262.0Awful disgraceful customer service, snarky faces, tones full of attitude, and I was waiting in front of the cash register for 5 minutes while the worker attended to another customer (completely fine that’s normal) but when the worker came back she only attended to them and got them out of there first, I was in a rush so I tried telling her that I had been waiting a while and she just gave me a snarky smile and then the other customers got right in front of me, practically pushing me out the way. Although this particular scene has only happened once, everytime I enter this store the workers are just as snarky and filled with attitude. I really wish I was exaggerating, but the customer service here has repeatedly been disgraceful and extremely disappointing. The two stars are because this store often has fair sales and because it’s not too crowded in there unlike other cosmetic shops.

Their friendly and knowledgeable assistance made all the difference, and I left feeling confident and well-cared-for. I highly recommend Estelle Lauder for anyone looking for top-notch products paired with outstanding customer service.
