    I visited Sephora a few days back and Faiza was wonderful, she helped my mom from A-Z, from skincare to perfume. She clearly had alot of knowledge about products. I would like to thank her for her amazing service. I don’t normally leave reviews but she deserves a pat on the back!

    Extremely disappointing customer service. I tried booking an appointment through the Sephora app, but it wouldn't allow me to enter a name or complete the booking. I waited over 24 hours, assuming it was a temporary issue, but when I checked again, nothing had changed. I called the Linden Woods store hoping someone could help or offer an alternative way to book. Instead, I spoke with two different sales associates who both essentially told me there was nothing they could do and that I should "just wait another 24 hours." That isn't customer service. If your booking system isn't working, customers shouldn't simply be told to keep waiting without any attempt to troubleshoot, escalate the issue, or offer another solution. I called because I needed help, and I left the conversation feeling completely dismissed. I expect better from Sephora.

    I usually have no problem shopping in here, most people are friendly and helpful and I usually just browse myself and they leave me be. Today at checkout I had a girl named Faiza (not sure if the spelling is correct) & did she ever have an attitude. She asked me how my day was but with absolutely no expression, no smile, & snooty. Almost like she did not want to be there. She rolled her eyes. She then asked for my number to put into the system for the discounted prices but seemed annoyed at even asking for that. I was not impressed. I hope somebody can have a talk with her because the way she interacted with myself and other customers to me was not professional and rude.

    I recently visited this location for a return that was two days past the return policy window. Before coming in, I called on Friday and was told I could bring it in and speak to a manager — so I did exactly that. The way I was treated by the person claiming to be the manager, Semar, was absolutely appalling. I have never been treated that way in a retail setting before. She was extremely dismissive and refused to listen to my situation. The reason for my return was a legitimate one — I used the product once and had an allergic reaction to it. Rather than showing any empathy or trying to find a solution, she was condescending and unwilling to hear me out. She then gave me the customer service number, which I found particularly frustrating as customer service is unable to intervene in in-store return decisions — something she likely knew. I sincerely hope corporate looks into this and that other customers are not being treated this way. It goes without saying that I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage management to review how their staff — especially those in leadership roles — are handling customer concerns.
