- CFCarly Friesen4 days ago5.0I came in looking for some advice about makeup for my aging skin yesterday. Sandy was unreal! So attentive and offered great advice. No upselling just genuine care and thoughtful customer service. Even while she was helping me she was multitasking on the radio, directing other reps to areas requiring additional customer service. I sincerely hope she's the manager and that she's the person in charge of mentoring young staff. It was service like the Sephora olden days. Give her a raise, promote her, put her in charge of training and watch the store sales soar! If you want genuine customer service hit up this Sephora location.

I already knew exactly what product I wanted and picked it up myself, but the associate, Natalia, insisted on taking credit for "helping" me find it, which wasn't the case. When I asked if there were any free samples available, she smirked and laughed dismissively instead of giving a straight answer. Customer service should be about respect and honesty, not this kind of attitude. Really disappointing, and I hope management addresses this. It’s not about the free sample, most of the time they don’t even get used. Sorry, they just lost one customer and maybe more.
