Not the first time, I am visiting this Sephora location and get totally sad and confused about service. I was thinking to buy perfume and was thinking in between of a couple of options. As from Sephora App I get notification about deals on Men Perfumes ( I was selecting one for my dad for Fathers Day ). Staff was not able to know which one Fragrance is on deal and which one is no. I asked if they could check, over their gadget they were searching general in name of Brand, but it gives options for lipsticks, blushes etc. when I asked if it will be better to select only fragrances, they told me it’s not really selected. At this point I was still ok, I can check from my own App, that’s fine. BUT when I was taking a look on Yves Saint Laurent and selecting which one to try, I get notified they are closing at 8:58. I mean that’s fine I can choose, I was almost done. They were telling not only to me, they were still customers at the till and just next to me was young couple taking a look at Gucci, girl next to me was really wandering about Fragrance, but they get notified that the store is closing, what confused them and they just leave this store without purchase. I was still left in store to choose cause I was really wanting to choose Fragrance for my Dad and staff were keep telling me a bunch of times that they need to close doors, that they need to sweep. Which was distracted me from choosing in between of Yves Saint Laurent and Hugo Boss. I have only two options left in between of to choose. But the most shock was when they told me EITHER I AM MAKING MY CHOICE IN 2 MINUTES, OR I SHOULD COME BACK TOMORROW AT 10:00AM. I mean, I was more then shocked from so unprofessional manner, I mean staff don’t know my plans for tomorrow, why should I come at 10:00 and why should I come at all at this location!?!?!?When in Polo, I get much better service.I am totally sad about this service and rudeness.
