  I would like to leave a wonderful review for Dmitriy, who helped me choose a cream. He was extremely attentive, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. Dmitriy took the time to answer all my questions, explained the products very clearly, and helped me find exactly what I needed. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way he does. His friendly attitude and knowledge made shopping very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Dmitriy, for the excellent service — I will definitely come back again!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location, specifically with the store manager, Eric. I was charged in full for a same-day delivery order that was never sent out. When I followed up, I was told it was sitting in the system as “restocking” and couldn’t be fulfilled. Instead of resolving the issue, Eric insisted I had made an error and repeatedly framed it as “my problem.” His attitude was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. He did not seem to understand how the system works and made no effort to look into it or offer a real solution. I would strongly recommend better training for management on both customer service and basic system knowledge. This situation was handled very poorly from start to finish.
