  Visited the establishment today. Walked in a wondered around aimlessly looking for a product. All while noticing 2 of the staff who I had passed without even a smile or hello from either engaging in a conversation about hair. Finally I just approached a staff member by the front door and asked if she could help me. She pointed at the furthest wall from us (behind the cash area), and said “it’s on that wall.” So I walked over by myself and found it. Many people working, not very busy and still not able to provide help to a customer who looks like they are obviously looking for something. ZERO ⭐️

  Greeter staff Anna is not welcoming at all. We entered looking for product, my partner commented on this persons makeup as it was really well done, she is exploring makeup for the first time and genuinly finds nicely done makeup beautiful. This person completely disregarded that compliment and got cold, rolled her eyes, and asked what we wanted. This is not the type of customer service behavior that is acceptable. I dont know if this person was having a bad day, or if race played a part in her reaction, regardless, very unprofessional for a customer service role, especially as the first point of contact for a business. We will be looking to take our business elsewhere of this is the kind of behavior that is deemed acceptable here.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. We asked for an eye sample, something Sephora provides, and the employee refused, talking about us with her colleague right in front of us. The treatment felt blatantly racist and extremely disrespectful. After seeing the reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who has experienced this. Never coming back to this location.

  I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and did not address my concerns in a respectful or timely manner. I felt ignored, and there was no little effort made to resolve the issue. Good customer service should involve listening to customers, communicating clearly, and working toward a solution, but that was not my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service for future customers@Sephora

  Great customer service! They helped me out find the products I needed and so friendly. I like that they close at 9 pm on a Saturday.
