I’m so glad I randomly reached out to her. She went above and beyond with her time and effort to help me find complexion products, which can be tricky. She brought a couple of suggestions for me, and the shade matching was also perfect. She even made sure to enter the products into my profile for future reference. She was so patient and considerate throughout the whole time and never pushed me into anything. This is the BEST customer service I have ever received at a Sephora. Thank you, Kayla! I hope to return soon. ❤️

I went in yesterday looking for some new products for my upcoming wedding, there was at least a dozen ladies working yet nobody offered any help and the one lady I was going to approach and ask was super rude to the lady in front of me so I decided not to bother, certainly someone else will come since I’ve been here 15+ minutes now? Nope, they were too concerned with re organizing the store once it closed. When asked at the check out if anyone helped, I told the truth “nope not even a little bit” got an oh I’m sorry, did you find everything you were looking for? Again, truth “nope I did not” and then silence, not another word from this cashier. Do better, Sephora!
