    Number one: MARIE was extremely disrespectful. Putting 2 stars so Sephora's rating goes down...(When you only put one star it doesn't) I came in ready to shop and I knew exactly what I wanted to come look at. I came in with a smile on my face and said "Hello, how are you doing today!" and Marie answered with "Is there anything I can help you with today?" ...... My smile dropped. That is awful customer service. Zero respect to me as a paying customer. I told her no i'm just looking around. I didn't want her help anymore. Number two: A sephora employee once told me that sample containers are 100% supposed to be filled up to the very top. All sephora employees give me a teeny tiny dot of moisturizer/foundation to try, and can't even wear it because it is not enough to cover my face.... Next time it happens, I WILL be going up to the front desk and demanding more because this is ridiculous. You guys are also SUPPOSED to give samples of anything in the store, not just the products with a pump. I got all of this told to me by a sephora employee, so i'm not wrong. The bottle does not belong to the employee, therefore they should be putting the correct amount inside if the sample containers. I have seen a worker make herself samples and put them into her shirt/bra at the polo park location.

    I had such an amazing experience at Sephora all thanks to Faiza. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared about. She didn’t just recommend products, she explained why they would work for my skin type and preferences. Faiza took the time to listen, answered all my questions with confidence, and never made me feel rushed. I left feeling confident in my purchases and excited to use everything she recommended.If you ever get the chance to be helped by Faiza, don’t hesitate, she’s incredible at what she does!

    Staff is very rude and lied about the policy, contacted other Sephora managers and they said that the worker was incorrect on how she handled it.

    Every time I've been to this location my experience has been unpleasant. The staff are not particularly knowledgable about products. I went in looking for a specific Dior mascara, and was able to show the staff member the picture of the product. This is a product that I'm very familiar with. I didn't see the colour I needed there. The employee gave me a Dior mascara but clearly the wrong one as the outside of the bottle and packaging was different. When I pointed it out to the person they argued it was the correct one. Beware if they have the "BB Cream" advertiser there, they'll take you over to talk to them if you mention you want a foundation instead of taking the time to find you one that works. I've had to go through this twice. It is a nightmare shopping here during the winter holiday season as the store is overcrowded, a mess, and very difficult to navigate when you're looking for something specific. They did have a person outside the store to make purchasing gift cards quick and efficient which is appreciated. I'd highly recommend shopping online unless you really need to go in for something.
