From the moment I walked in, she took the time to help me find everything I was looking for. When some products were out of stock, she recommended perfect alternatives that ended up being exactly what I needed. Every time I visit, employees are happy to answer questions and help me find products, which makes the shopping experience enjoyable. There are just a couple of things that I don't love. First, when I enter the store, the strong mix of fragrances from the perfume section can be overwhelming. I understand that Sephora carries many fragrances, but the scent is often so strong that I find myself holding my nose while walking through the store. Second, I prefer shopping in person because I like getting products right away instead of waiting for shipping. However, whenever I ask for samples during my in-store purchases, I'm usually told that there are no samples available. Samples are one of the perks that encourage customers to shop in-store, so it would be nice if they were available more consistently. Overall, I still enjoy shopping at Sephora and appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff.
