- KTkat tApr 30, 20261.0do all sephora stores have the same bad attitude employees working for them?! unfortunately my favourite skin care products are sold at sephora now. not sure if they’re willing to help people of colour but literally no one helped me find the products i needed and lady at cashier was giving me lots of attitude, please do better training on your staff to actually help and welcome your customers
- NPNatasha PatelApr 25, 20261.0I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff at this location, but the customer service has really slipped. I came in to redeem my birthday gift, nothing complicated. The store was empty, there was noone else at the counter, and the cashier acted like I was inconveniencing her by daring to request my birthday gift lol. No greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment when I thanked her. She handed it over like it was a burden. It’s disappointing, especially when customers are being perfectly polite. Sephora can do better. I think I'll stick to online ordering to avoid such unpleasantness in the future.
