  The beauty lesson with Amrit S. at this Sephora branch was wonderful! She explained the products and process so well and managed to cover all the things I asked for while still having some time at the end to go over any of my questions and help me get the products that I wanted to purchase. She made my eye makeup look so pretty and managed to add some purple in to match my hair while still keeping the look simple enough to not be overwhelming at first glance - the perfect makeup balance! I would highly recommend the makeup lessons with her to anyone interested in learning about makeup basics or creating a beautiful look.

  I called in store just yesterday to ask about an option for the Sephora birthday reward. The caller on the other side was so nice! Came to pick it up later. Very good customer service.

  Definitely coming back for the amazing sales services given to me by Sareena! Went out of her way to help me and was very acknowledgeable with products. I appreciated it how friendly and patient she was during my time there!

  I generally dislike writing bad reviews because it reminds me of what happened, and also because I end up devoting even more time to something that doesn't deserve it. However, the incident I experienced continues to bother me, so I decided for the last time to dedicate some time to writing this. I have been a loyal Sephora customer since 2013 and have visited stores in diverse cities and countries. Sometimes I go in to make a purchase, other times to check out new arrivals, and sometimes just to try out products that I intend to buy. On June 27, 2026, around 2:15 or 2:30 PM, I visited the Sephora store at St. Vital Shopping Centre, specifically to test two shades of Benetint (Blackberry and Dark Cherry) and a Jo Malone perfume. I opted for a quick visit, as the music in the store was very loud and my husband was in a bit of a rush. When I entered, a sales associate greeted me and complimented my hair; I thanked her and walked through the store looking for the Benefit display. Once I found it, I noticed a second sales associate walking behind me, speaking into her radio, but I couldn't make out what she was saying. I continued looking in the mirror and testing one of the products I had come to try. A few seconds later, the security guard walked past behind me; I noticed that both of them were watching me, and whenever I looked back, they tried to act casual (very poorly, I might add). I also want to emphasize that I was carrying only a tiny bag (Longchamp mini) that barely fits my phone and nothing else. I put the product back and picked up the other shade to test. Immediately after, a third sales associate came up behind me and asked if I needed help. I told her I don’t need it, that I was just browsing, and after my reply, she also spoke into her radio, saying: “I got it." At that point, I put the product back, as the situation had become very uncomfortable; I was clearly being followed and as soon as my husband arrived I left the store feeling terrible. The whole thing must have lasted about five minutes, but it was incredibly embarrassing. To be completely honest, this has never happened to me anywhere else. Nothing in my behavior could have triggered this situation, lots of others customers were browsing too, it’s usual at Sephora. The staff's attitude was completely no sense/unreasonable and reveals a lack of proper training and poor management. A few minutes later after left the store I filed an online complaint with Sephora, but I never received a response or any follow-up. I will never go back to the Sephora at St. Vital, and from now on, I’ll look for other places with better customer service to attend.

  I absolutely love Sareena. She is such a wonderful person and extremely knowledgeable on perfume. I’m really happy she was there to help me find something I would not have gotten otherwise. Thank you girl!
