  I was in a couple days ago to buy a gift for a friend of mine while I was on my 30 minute break, and Tyra was so incredibly helpful! She made my shopping experience so much easier and less stressful. While checking out she even put all the items in a beautiful gift box with a cute bow on it. Braydon (another associate) was also super kind and made my experience and overall day so much better, they were both so patient which I appreciated. 20/10 experience, I highly recommend them, excellent customer service!

  Always a fun store to walk around and see what's new. Really not a fan of how the staff hound you at every corner of the store though. I know it is probably an order from upper management, but it would be nice to be able to browse for 5 minutes without a staff member trying to sell you something or ask 1,000 questions. Big fan of the products though.

  The wife and I went there today to grab a few things and smell the soaps, we had spoken to Braden and CJ and they were absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable very personable and just a delight to deal with. We very much enjoyed having a conversation and them recommending soaps and hand lotions, gave us a lot of samples to try and just did an amazing job overall kudos to having such good employees. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back. Just want to say thank you Braden and CJ for your wonderful customer service.

  i came in to buy the pompompourin shower jelly, upon checking out i was given a free shower gummy as a gift. when i mentioned this was the first time i had been given a freebie with a purchase, one cashier was suprised and gave me a bar of soap as an extra special freebie! the staff at this location are lovely and helpful people. if lush HQ sees this; GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!!! :3

  I really struggle with my acne and Tyra was able to tell me about What products would be harmful and which would be beneficial to my skin. I have struggled with my skin all of my life and I felt incredibly supported and understood by Tyra. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients and how lush's commitment to vegan ingredients can be beneficial for my skin. Ultimately, she turned a shopping trip that I was dreading into a wonderful experience which is why I felt the need to post a review. I was even able to pick up a mother's day gift. Tyra demonstrated a hand scrub for me to ensure it wasnt too harsh for my mother's skin. This level of care and dedication is why I will absolutely be coming back to St. Vital Lush in the near future!
