- DJDorcy JayJun 27, 20261.0I recently walked into this store in Polo Park looking for an item, but apparently acknowledging customers isn’t part of the shopping experience there. Everyone seemed busy doing their own thing very nonchalantly. One employee was unpacking new items and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. Then again, I’m Black, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by the type of customer service some people receive. It certainly made the experience memorable. I refuse to spend my money at places like these and will gladly take my business elsewhere. Hopefully, the store can learn that basic customer service starts with simply acknowledging the people who walk through the door.

Makayden came over and gave a great trial of facial soap, lotion and tea tree spray. For the first time in her teen years, my daughter is willing to do skin care! Thank you Makayden! 🥰
