  The most awful customer service. Lucia was RUDE and couldn’t have a reasonable conversation. I bought a product 2 days ago and wanted to return it, completely unused and unopened. She was trying to come up with any reason to turn me away. I used cash and card. Everything was present for her to issue the return. She refused to give me a reason. And she removed her name tag when I asked her to discuss this with higher managers, because it made no sense to me, I’ve never had this issue before. Sephora needs to do a better job. Hires need to have at least BASIC customer service skills, not the tendency to escalate issues unnecessarily.

  I would like to give a five star review to Maria and Kelsey for being an amazing employees. Maria helped us sign up and get us birthday gifts. This review is from Bogdan Lennox and Carver. She got Bogdan Lennox’s birthday gift because it was our birthday month and Kelsey let us know that she printed out the receipt and I just wanna Sephora know that they are great employees and should get a raise.

  I had such a great experience at Sephora last Friday thanks to Dawson! He did a full face glam and I loved the results! He was friendly, professional, and helped bring my idea to life. I truly appreciated his experience and expertise. I felt so confident and beautiful walking out, thank you Dawson for such a wonderful experience 💜

  I went into the store to figure out what colour foundation to buy before I placed an online order (because some of the other items I wanted wasn’t in stock in store). I was greeted and asked if I needed help right away. The woman that helped me was so helpful and patient. She showed me the products I was interested in and some other ones I wasn’t but actually worked better for what I wanted. She provided me with a couple samples so I could try and make my decision. It was very appreciated. I think if I just bought the products I was thinking about, I would have spent more money than I needed and would be disappointed with the results.

  I personally have had such great experience with some of their associates because they were helpful and kind. However, I literally witnessed a girl get such a bad service that I felt so sorry and bad for her. I was standing next to this girl who was literally just reading the label of a Dae product and this front-of-shop associate just walked up to her and said “That is not a tester.” She was just reading it though. Is that how you approach customers?
