However, I literally witnessed a girl get such a bad service that I felt so sorry and bad for her. I was standing next to this girl who was literally just reading the label of a Dae product and this front-of-shop associate just walked up to her and said “That is not a tester.” She was just reading it though. Is that how you approach customers?

I came to get mascara—NOT to get followed around in the store the entire time I was in there and given an attitude for not buying a product that I can’t afford. Not sure why any establishment would tolerate this behaviour, quite frankly, it’s disgusting. From the reviews I’ve read, it’s an ongoing issue with the same individual. Clearly, if this establishment has talked to Rose/Rosepreet in the past—action has not been taken and preventing racism towards customers is not a priority. If this person is still working here in the near future, I DO NOT recommend going if you are a visible minority. I know I won’t be shopping here again any time soon.
