We take all our vehicles here and go back back around 2.5 miles to get topped off for free. The manager Shawn is always there and keeps his team professional and makes sure they are doing there jobs correctly. Highly recommend this place
- IHIra HolmanApr 26, 20262.0They have a new policy where you have to wait in the waiting room instead of just in your car. This has a negative effect on this particular location as they’re waiting room is disgusting. The toilet and bathroom is filthy. The floor is filthy, the chairs to sit in have the covers ripped off because they’re so old. If you want people to wait there, it should be cleaned and updated. Then a new corporate policy has told to me by the employees is that to get the military discount we have to go find it online and present it to them instead of just showing them our ID cards. I’ve been a customer there for 10 to 15 years now with all of our vehicles. That is another corporate policy that just pushes me back to Jiffy Lube.
