  Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Everyone at Grease Monkey Spanaway was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and made the whole experience ridiculously easy. You can tell this crew actually cares about their customers. Fast service, great attitudes, and just an all-around awesome experience. Easily 5 stars. 🙌🔥

  I absolutely love, grease monkey. They are not people that will try and get all of your money from you. They will let you know what your car needs and if you say no, they are completely fine with that and will not try to force you to buy a service. Which is nice because as a woman that happens a lot when you try to get work done on your car. But I can say the men who work there are honest people. So for that reason, and that reason alone, I will keep coming back.

  They did a phenomenal job on my vehicle.tuey did a 16 point inspection. They let me know the difference if how a air filter should look like. They also recommended what's needed for my oil change and didn't force me to do other services to my job. Johnathan was amazing and he knew his stuff about the service provided to me I will be back for more services in the future

  Great experience!! The employees at this location were very kind, personable, and helpful. They explained their plan of action before starting so there were no unexpected expenses, showed parts they were servicing In real time, printed out exactly what services are recommended to get soon, and no pressure whatsoever to upgrade or get unnecessary services completed at the time! 10/10 recommend and will return again!

  I’ve been to Grease Monkey many times with both my cars and have always received excellent service. What I appreciate about the guys that work there is they are helpful about what needs to be maintained in my car but are never pushy with sales. They are very honest and don’t try to convince me to add extra services I don’t need. As a girl that is broke and knows almost nothing about cars, this is a huge relief!! Everyone there, especially Johnny, Shawn and Steven are very kind and professional. I never hear foul language or see any workplace drama (which is hard to escape when you’re stuck in your car) that’s partly why a switched from other oil change companies. They are also very transparent with their pricing. In fact when I tried to buy parts at AutoZone to save money, it turns out the services and product that Grease Monkey offered me was LESS expensive than doing it myself! I have waited in line up to 2 hours at Vavoline many times (maybe they’re understaffed?) but when I show up to Grease Monkey I usually don’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
