- CCClare CampbellApr 24, 20245.0This place was amazing! My stupid 2020 Kia Soul had been stolen from in front of my house in the middle of the night on February 28th. It was found 10 days later, impounded, and a few days later my insurance provider sent it to Austin's Pro Max. He called me up the next day to confirm he received my car the previous day and worked hard to get Geico to work with him so he could order the parts to fix my lock, ignition, and steering block. He worked fast to get it out within a month since my insurance wanted to drag their feet (until my adjuster changed to a different person then everything went much faster). He made sure to call me regularly to keep me up to date on what was going on and what to expect. He was incredibly friendly and professional. Hopefully I won't have to have my car repaired again, but if I do I will be coming back here!

Kept telling me that it will be ready the next day. After I got it “fixed” it started leaking... and will not stop. I don’t know what the hell they fixed, but it cost me $1500 for more problems it seems like. They never fixed the problem I originally brought it in for. Austin promax you people suck.. now I need to pay another shop to fix the problem(s). They used to be good years ago, but the lost their spark. Don’t take your vehicles there. Look elsewhere.
