  Just extremely nice people. Very thorough of telling me what was going to be done. Work was efficient. Very taken care of. I was from out of town, so I was freaking out a little bit, but they took my worries away. Would definitely go back to this exact location. Those two (not sure of the names) were so great!

  I was supposed to have my windshield replaced on Saturday 08/22. When the tech removed the windshield to put the new one on, he saw rust that he said would make it impossible for him to put the new one on. BUT he then said he was told by his manager that he can’t put the old one back on for “safety reasons”. I was able to get the rust issue fixed the same day and THOUGHT I had gotten the appointment rescheduled for someone to come back out to put the new windshield in. No one showed. Upon calling customer service I was told that it had been "unscheduled". I was told that they would get a message to the manager of the local shop and someone would contact me within 24 hours.so far no one has reached out to me. I had to get a car cover as it rained multiple times over the weekend, and the rain wouldo have damaged the car further. Because of all this I was left with my car exposed, at risk of being damaged or stolen. I had to take the day off from work on Monday to go to a different shop to fix the problem that your company left me with and reschedule long-held doctor appointments for my kids because I couldn’t get them there safely. On top of that, the charge for the windshield that WASN’T put in is still showing as pending on my credit card. I fail to see how leaving a customer with NO windshield is somehow safer than temporarily putting a damaged one back on. This company made it so I was left without a safe, useable car for 3 days.

  I was impressed at the speed of my new windshield installation. I was expecting it to take twice as long as it did. It looks fantastic and was done very professionally.
