  waited over an hour just for an oil change. They called my name around 45 minutes in of me waiting saying that my car is ready, just for me to find out that they never ended up doing the oil change I asked for. When they brought my car back in for the oil change, it still took over 15 minutes. The bathrooms also had no toilet paper or soap, there were no cups for the water tank in the lobby, and no employees around besides the ones working on the cars. I had to delay other plans because of how long they took.

  They broke my car, lied about it, and now ignore my calls I am writing this to warn others about the gross negligence and lack of integrity at this location. On January 23th, I came in for a routine oil change. They noticed a burnt-out taillight bulb and offered to replace it. I agreed, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. While driving to Salt Lake City, the entire taillight assembly detached and began banging against the body of my car. Upon inspection, it was clear that the technician had snapped off all the internal plastic clips and mounting tabs that hold the light in place. Instead of admitting the mistake, they tried to shove it back in, hoping it would hold. When I returned, the employee who worked on my car lied to my face, claiming the light was "already broken." I had to insist that the Store Manager review the security footage. Only after watching the video did the manager admit they caused the damage and promised to take responsibility. It has been months since then, and despite calling 14 times, I have received nothing but excuses and rudeness. Some staff members tell me the replacement part was "sent to another store by mistake," while others have been incredibly unprofessional, telling me they "don't have time to deal with this." They broke my vehicle, tried to cover it up, and are now dodging accountability. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your car and honest service.

  My husband and I went here to get our brake pads replaced. We knew our rotors were FINE. They got upset they couldn’t upsell us to $800 to get our rotors and brake pads replaced and it was against their ‘ethics’ so they weren’t gonna work on our car when we denied getting the rotors replaced. Took our car to a different jiffy lube where they said our rotors were fine, ha. this jiffy lube is full of rude snarky men who get upset if they don’t make an up sale. Don’t go here.

  I went to this Jiffy Lube about five months ago. They informed me that all four of my ball joints were leaking. I then went into Les Schwab. And they informed me that none of them were leaking and that wasn’t even the core issue. Do not touch this place they have scummy workers and they hire scummy people who will try and fleece you for as much money as they can
