- MMMellonyFeb 21, 20261.0This place is a freaking joke I've tried to come over and over again I can hung on every time I call them and finally get through, nobody there knows nothing about anything and my interlock got a violation 3 for no reason when I did not miss a blow and then it told me to pull over and turn off my car so I did and then I couldn't get it to start because she knows why there's some type of a malfunction in the interlock but computune can't look at it till Wednesday for malfunction and between now and then it's a week so how's is it not going to malfunction till then it's going to get another violation because it didn't would not let me to blow and then I will have another violation that they want $80 to turn back on and I'm not paying no more for something I didn't do wrong so I got hung up on three times when I talked to somebody I needed to talk to you I asked for supervisor and got hung up on again so therefore if I get a violation or if my car malfunctioned again I'm going to just completely stop driving because this is turning to nothing but a big joke when the company doesn't know how to fix nothing or know why the hell it has a malfunction and wouldn't let me blow but they think I'm paying for it they're wrong!! I had very poor customer service today very very poor
