  We had a rough go with a roadside event in Colorado. Most locations had zero cars after calling around. I talked to Eric twice and he called me back to exchange the 15 person van for something more reasonable. They even exchanged it in the parking lot we were at. Megan did the switch and she was amazing as well. This location is very lucky to have these two great employees that value customer service. Thanks again for making our 9 hour trip back home MUCH better.

  I had a great experience with this Enterprise location and highly recommend them. They offered to pick me up from my hotel in Provo and made the rental process super easy and convenient. I had a nice, clean, modern car at a very reasonable price for a 4-day rental. I drove it to the Hoover Dam area of Nevada and into Vegas multiple times and it was comfortable and reliable. I returned it at 4 AM, put the key in their after hours drop box, and walked to the Amtrak station in 10 minutes. I got an email confirmation of my successfully return vehicle very soon after they opened at 8 AM. Will definitely rent from them the next time I’m in Provo.

  Avoid if you absolutely need a larger sized car as you might not get it. They didnt have mine. We rented well in advance and they called me a couple days before and we confirmed we were coming. When we arrived, they told us that they only hold cars for an hour. I pointed out that it was only 45 minutes from our rental time and we'd been in the lobby waiting for them for 10 minutes of that. They sort of shrugged and offered me a smaller sedan and aked if it was okay. I confirmed getting the larger size wasn't an option and accepted the smaller car with a slightly smaller rate.
