Booked a car and asked for 12:30pm pickup. They made the reservation and didn’t call or pickup. We had to cancel our event and the rental. What a bummer. This is the second issue I’ve had with enterprise. In Kema Texas we reserved a car. Had Uber to the store and nobody was there during business hours. Nobody answered the phone. So had to uber back to our motel.

I've used them several times, and they're wonderful. Friendly, quick, and efficient.

Customer service the girl that helped me with great at her job and she is an asset to your company if she goes somewhere else you will lose one of your best employees and she is the reason I come back to Enterprise other than that they're just like any other rental car I got to correct myself they're not just another rental car place they're actually Enterprise and they take pride in their name and they treat their customers like everyone is the most important customer walk through that door and I also forgot to mention Eric was outstanding also he had to make it a couple adjustments on my car in the price and he didn't bat a eye doing it he made everything right I just can't say enough about the service I got at Enterprise in Provo yes I will go back
