- JWJonathan Wasden1 day ago1.0Every time I go to Clegg auto they try and add a bunch of ‘needed’ fixes. This is fine except all of the costs on those fixes are insane. $651 dollars to change spark plugs is 100% a ripoff. They are betting on you not knowing how most fixes are done so that they can charge you a ton.

I had a repair with a faulty replacement part (not Clegg's fault) and Clegg's went "above and beyond" in helping me to address the issue, even though I was 3+ hours away on a weekend trip. After we fixed the problem, they had me return for a followup inspection and adjustments. Their integrity and willingness to stand behind their work has made me a regular client. Thank you Clegg's Auto!

Also, I’d definitely recommend these guys if you do a bit of maintenance yourself. They get your signature for each service they perform, so you can decline the ones you feel comfortable doing yourself.
