  Clegg Auto provided amazing service at a reasonable price. I’m used to going to mechanics and being skeptical, but their staff was nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I will be bringing my cars here from now on.

  I needed a place that could quickly look at my front passenger‑side blinker that wasn’t working. When I first walked into Clegg, a girl at the front desk welcomed me with such friendliness. She explained that they couldn’t take the car in at that exact moment, but they could fit me in about three hours later. I told her that was fine (she was seriously so nice!). Two hours later, I returned at the agreed time. They took my car in right away and told me it would take about 30–40 minutes to check. Around 35 minutes later, I got a call from Rulan explaining that the bulb itself was the problem. He also told me something that really stood out: the bulb from Hyundai would cost over $100, but he showed me that the exact same bulb online was ten times cheaper. He even suggested I order it myself and bring it back, and they’d install it for just $20. That honesty alone changed my perspective of this shop. Any other place would’ve ordered the expensive part and make a big profit. For context, before stopping at Clegg, I went to the mechanic I had used for nearly eight years. To my disappointment, they wouldn’t even make an effort to check the turn signal issue and said they wouldn’t take my car in for days. That’s what pushed me to try Clegg; and I’m glad I did. I thanked Rulan for his honesty, went home, ordered the bulb for under $20, and returned the next day. When I arrived, Rulan kindly asked if I wouldn’t mind coming back after the technicians’ lunch break, and I said no problem. I also had a couple of other issues with the car that I’d been hesitant to address, but because of how well Clegg had treated me in the last 24 hours, I felt comfortable asking. I asked Rulan to step outside so I could show him the steering wheel issue (easier than explaining verbally), and he identified it immediately. After getting a ballpark estimate, and considering an alignment I had planned to get done elsewhere, I decided to have everything done at Clegg: the blinker bulb installation, the alignment, and the steering wheel repair. I left the car and was told 2–3 hours. About three hours later, I received a text message explaining that the part for the steering wheel arrived later in the day, so the car would be finished the next day. Side note: Clegg's system sends itemized invoices with tax‑included pricing, and I was impressed by how honest and competitive everything was. Since I needed a car, Rulan offered me a loaner vehicle (for free) and even stayed past closing so I could pick it up (I live about 10–12 minutes away). The next morning, I expected my car to be ready late in the afternoon, but I got a text in the morning saying it was already done. All of this is to say: the girl at the front desk and Rulan went above and beyond. My overall experience was great, and after nearly eight years with another mechanic, I’m officially switching my business to Clegg.

  Mannn i would just like to say that the fellas at Clegg really did me right, I was blessed fo sho ! Can’t thank them enough , shout out to the good people of Clegg. Shoot! I even got an air freshener, a creamy ice cream, and a can of Dr Pepper! ‘‘Twas a pleasant part of my day indeeeed mhmm!

  My brakes squeal occasionally so I took it to Clegg's for a check up. I'm astounded by the very thorough diagnosis they granted me. It's a 20 year old car so naturally, issues have developed. But they printed out their professional review, then explained it to me kindly and patiently. The free waiting room refreshments are a sweet bonus!

  Amazing service. I'm very impressed with the way I'm treated at Clegg's. All of the employees I've interacted with have smiles on their faces and genuinely seem happy you are there. My entire experience has been pleasant and convenient. Which I appreciate cause it's not always fun to lose your car for a day while they work on it. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend the provo location.
