  Arrived at 9pm Friday night with a reservation. Hours listed on the website said they were open until midnight. There was no one at thebrental desk and after 45 minutes of waiting and trying to get a hold of someone who could help me on the phone, I finally rented from the Hertz counter instead. At first they were still going to charge me for the rental because they considered it a "late cancellation" but after being transferred three times finally someone gave me my money back. Do not rent from them.

  Pro tip: just call and confirm your arrival time the day or two before, airport is very very small. Had a good experience, rented a 2022 4Runner, zero issues, great time out there.

  What an awful experience! I prepaid for the full rental. I show up, nobody is at the counter at the appointed time. There is a couple already there and they have been waiting an hour and nobody is answering the phone number they left at the counter. I call corporate and they call someone. A SUPER nice guy shows up quickly and takes care of us. They don’t have the car I prepaid for. I use their unattended early morning return. A few days later, I have a new credit card charge. No detail of what charge is for. I call budget, and they have no clue what it is, so they said they removed it. They didn’t, so I email them. I get a back and forth exchange with cryptic “it’s right” emails back but still with no detail. I dispute the charge with my CC company. I finally get an email 1.5 month later, saying the charge is for an extra day and for me to email a copy of my plane ticket. They are obviously understaffed (hopefully not just trying to scam people). :(

  Made reservation on app. Our flight was supposed to get there by 1:00pm and they were supposed to close by 3:00pm. We were delayed and got there at 2:55pm there was an employee that took care of everyone that had made a reservation. No issues and everything was simple. There is a deposit of about $165.00 on credit card which will clear after trip.

  Located at provo airport was told over the phone I could use a debit card, only to get there and told yes you can but the security deposit had to be placed on my credit card. Well I keep very small amount on my cc to raise up my credit. So I could put most but not all on there. So they were like see ya. Thank goodness for enterprise. They saved the day.
