  The employees are nice enough, but on multiple occasions I have been given the wrong part for my car. I’ve also not been refunded the full amount, when it was their error, and the part had not been used. I can understand once, but multiple times in a single day on separate occasions is not okay. We probably have spent more time driving to and from this AutoZone than actually working on the car. Please start doublechecking that the part you are handing over to the customer is the correct one for their vehicle. I will never come back to this AutoZone and recommend you do the same.
