  Negligent worker broke my door actuator aggressively jamming tools inside during a lockout service and they weren’t even able to get inside. The manager said they can’t help in any way and that the door “Must’ve been broken before the service”… Would not recommend them.

  I was not very satisfied with this towing service due to poor communication and coordination. I originally called and scheduled a pickup for around 8:00 PM. I was told that I would receive a call about 10 minutes before the driver was on the way. We also clearly informed them that we needed to leave the property by 9:00 PM because it closes at that time, and they confirmed that this would be fine. However, by 8:05 PM no one had arrived, and we had not received any update. When we called, we were told that all drivers were busy and the first available driver would arrive in about 45 minutes. We asked if this would still allow us to finish before the 9:00 PM deadline, and they said it should be fine. Because we had extra time, we briefly went out to eat. While we were having dinner, we suddenly received a call saying the driver had already arrived, without any prior notice that they were on the way. We had to rush back immediately to handle everything. In the end, we were only a few minutes late past 9:00 PM, but the experience was very inconvenient and stressful. The driver himself was actually professional and did a good job. However, the overall logistics and communication from the company were very poor. It felt like there was no coordination between dispatch and drivers, which made the whole experience frustrating and unreliable.

  My tow truck arrived within 30 minutes. Jordan (the driver/operator) worked fast and efficiently. Helping get me out of a drainage gutter within minutes and without any damage to my car. Highly reccommend

  After being in an accident I am so grateful to have used AM/PM. Three other shops didn’t answer and one quoted me $100 more than AM/PM. The nice lady on the phone answered quick and got all my info, she told me it would be 20-30 minutes until the driver got to me and he showed up 14 minutes after I got off the phone (Very quick and I was so grateful for that). Seth the driver was awesome, he was extremely nice and took care of everything. He was professional and we had great conversation while he worked. It took maybe 30 minutes in total. I am so grateful to AM/PM and especially to Seth who made the whole experience very stress free and easy. I will 100% be using them in the future for any needs and will be recommending to my friends and family all because of how well Seth did!

  I suddenly got a flat tire when I pulled into my office. Jordan arrived less than an hour later and was extremely communicative about every step of the process. He first tried to see if he could get my tire to hold air so I didn’t have to use the spare. When that didn’t work, he put the spare on in less than 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Jordan and this company to anyone who finds themselves in an emergency situation!
