- GGGabrielleJun 6, 20261.0Disappointed. The company sells expired/unusable products. Take better care of your inventory. I was looking for a specific glue to repair something for my work and this location is the only place that had it in stock. I called ahead to be sure since it's a fair drive away fron salt lake. I spoke with Ryan who confirmed the product was in stock. I made the drive and Ryan and had to look in the back three times to find this product. After it was found, he said his boss had moved it which made it hard to find. I didn't think much of it until I got back and tried to use it, only to find it was completely dried up and unusable. I'm guessing this is why 1) it was marked down and 2) it took a while for Ryan to find it. (Maybe it was moved to a 'Do not sell' spot. Who knows) After calling back, Ryan was nice enough to try to help find another location with this product, but no luck. He offered a refund but with such a drive, it's not worth it. Whoever owns this place needs to dispose of product that can't be used instead of selling it. Take better care of your inventory.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
