I went at the grand opening when they were advertising free car wash well it wasn't actually free they pressure you into buying a membership not taking no for an answer i told the rep no several times i kept getting told “come on” “just try it” i told them no and still continued until i just paid on top of that my car was still dirty after the wash. Will never return here again and I would give 0 starts if I could

I'm ticked. 10 days into a promotion, and I was so excited for my ducks and lights...when I inquired as to why I didn't get my ducks like all the times before? He said you have the generic wash package..and have the entire 10 days. Weird, I was told it was a $9.99 promo.all.month for any and all...and he was putting ceramic.so.i get the best.wash and after the first month you can decide.. of course my ducks and lights didn't appear when I had a friend that.i.brought just for that purpose. So...instead of the representative saying here show your friend you had tag along the ducks and lights show chic " here he is arguing about a contract on the screen, like all the washes arent promoed that same price...now quacc quacc doesnt keep a customer... and lost a potential

I was there a few days ago for a free promo wash and service is absolutely 5 stars. However, when I signed up for a month promo $9.99 unlimited wash, I specifically asked for any catch regarding cancellation. The young gentleman that helped me was like “oh it’s easy, you can do it through an app, just 2 click, or you can call”. WELL GUESS WHAT, 0 star for that because when I go to see the option to cancel, I WAS CHARGED $5 FOR CANCELLATION FEE because it’s before 45 days membership. THAT’S WHY I ASKED FOR THE CATCH, and got scammed unfortunately. So the fee was already half of what the membership is worth. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS!!!! I wish i knew about the cancellation fee and never signed up for this membership scam.

I had driven past their grand opening several times, but never went in because of the location. Several weeks have gone by, and they were offering a free car wash. I forced my way into the site and tried their car wash. Currently. I have a membership with go car wash. This car wash was actually better. But I will still avoid it because of location. It’s hard to get in and out of this location. The two way traffic through the vacuum area could easily lead to an accident. I only say this as a senior driver. Young drivers shouldn’t have any trouble, and the wash is better than go car wash. Ok, let me rephrase that, some young drivers.

The car wash itself is okay.. there were still plenty areas on my car that remained dirty after the wash. I guess it’s decent for a quick drive through wash, but it’s over glorified for sure. Also, they are borderline predatory with their sales pitches. I get it, you probably make commission but take no for an answer… I signed up for the month at the special of $9.99. After looking into the details it’s $5 if you cancel within 45 days even though I was told there’s no contracts and you can cancel at any time without issue. They don’t give you the full details and talk quickly just to get you to sign up. I brought in my other car for the free wash they were promoting and when I mentioned I was there just to try out the wash before any commitment, the guy continued to try to get me to sign up for something before finally sending me off to the wash with a little attitude and obvious disappointment. Not going to be a returning customer after my month ends.
