  The whole staff is so nice, and the service advisor explained everything and all the questions I had. Also, explained all the services I need in the future.

  Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Dropped my car off for my scheduled appointment did not hear anything all day took me to call on for them to tell me they didn't have the mouth piece for my interlock which I could of told them was on the passenger door if they cared to call then I was called and they said they needed more time to take out my passenger seat so I said ok then minutes later I get a text for a new estimate of 593 and the original agreement was 137 I called back straight away and was on hold for 9 minutes so I hung up and called again and was on hold for 3 more minutes and I told them I did not want that service and I was not aware of an extra 430 dollar charge and that I can't do that I was then told that the passenger seat was already out and could not be stopped I then told them to put the seat back in and I will pay for that labor she refused and said there is nothing they can do these people are snakes crooked heartless sorry excuses for a human being I've ever come across do not go there they only care about the money they can get for you not the courtesy of respect horrible horrible horrible here is an edit to respond to your response it's funny how you can try and explain the situation when you were unavailable or in a meeting when all this was occurring you left a young lady to fight your battles and I wouldn't come back to your garage if you paid me you are a sorry excuse for a business owner and you are a coward who hides behind a keyboard and tries to twist the situation in your favor the appointment was delayed because your lazy staff couldn't pick up the phone and tell me you needed the mouthpiece I had to call in and find out what happened your staff messed up own the responsibility like a man Mr. Tubby you only care about money not taking care of people I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE

  They inspected my daughter first car today. I waited while they did the work, and saw first hand great customer service. They reviewed the process up front before starting the work. Once completed, they pointed out a small issue after inspection. When I had a question, they outlined everything. I feel comfortable here. Good people. Well run. Knowledgeable mechanics.
