  Been using Stouch's for many years, and have always received wonderful service. Take our vehicles in for annual inspections, and on my last one, they confirmed that my Jeep was leaking oil from the oil filter housing, and replaced it. Took care of everything, and really appreciate their service level. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto service done.

  Nice folks, but way, way overpriced. $120 just for a test drive to listen to my car for some concerns I had. Beat their estimate at another shop for spark plugs by $200 bucks. If $ is not a concern for you, probably the perfect place for you.

  I was very impressed with Stouch's when my boyfriend had his car sitting there for a month due to his engine was falling apart piece by piece and very honest with him to junk his car. Everyone that helped him was so nice and friendly which brings me to my first personal experience with Stouch's. I have recently moved to the York area and was in need of finding an auto shop for my vehicle. My vehicle needed a lot of work including emissions and inspection. I was also in need of having a loaner car and to my surprise they do have loaner cars. The day I got there my loaner car was there waiting for me...a '03 Oldsmobile Alero (an oldie but good little car). I received a call that day about what was going on with my car in detail step by step and if I did not understand Phil would go back and explain it easier to understand. After a scare of my car not passing the emissions test and then finding out it was a simple fix (due to previous auto shop put on wrong fuel cap) put my concerns of possibly having to get another car at rest knowing that I had full trust in Phil and him telling me that it was still worth putting money into my '06 Saturn Vue. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone! They are all so nice, trustworthy and most of all honest. Wonderful communication with you and keeping you updated on estimates. And to my surprise I received a letter from them with a coupon for being a new customer! That was a wonderful surprise and confirmed I made a great decision going to them.

  My car developed an intermittent brake problem while in Philadelphia and I had it serviced at a local shop. Several days later, they diagnosed/fixed the issue, and I was on my way back to York. Before I made it out of Philly, the problem reoccurred! I had it towed back to the service station and a few days later I was back on the road again. This time I made it back to York before the problem resurfaced once again! I took it to my local mechanic Stouch’s Auto Repair Shop. They gave me a loaner to get home and an hour later they had diagnosed the problem and said they could do the work the next day and I've not had a problem since. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and highly skilled professionals. The next day I upgraded my AAA plan so I can get a tow to Stouch’s from anywhere within 100 miles.
