  Safelite perform an excellent job of replacing my broken windshield. I couldn't ask for anything more. Everything went smooth smoothly and the work looks fantastic.

  Safelite made repairing my windshield easy and convenient. I love that they come to me so I don’t have to rearrange my schedule. Our technician, Chloe, was friendly and communicated with us thru the entire process.

  My auto glass replacement was through my Auto Insurance Company, all the Techs at this store provided great customer service and explained and answered questions I had once my replacement was completed.

  Safelight gives you a 4 hour window appointment when they will be there. My appointment was 8 am - 12 noon. At 12, the technician did not show up and I did not receive a call. I called Safelight to inquire. They said they would reach out to the technician and call me right back. 30 minutes later, I was calling them since they did not call. The gentleman said “ Didn’t the technician call you?” At that point, I asked to speak to the manager. I told him it was unacceptable that I had a scheduled 4 hour window and now I am still waiting. He gave me excuses about an appointment running long then told me someone else was still ahead of me. Then I heard excuses about a new AI scheduler. Warning: your 4 hour window appointment will turn into a 6 hour wait time.

  Excelente servicio y hablan español . Buena comunicación y n todo momento más están al pendiente para que no olvides su cita . Me resolvieron en tres días y fueron a mi hogar . El técnico excelente servicio y muy amable . Y sin olvidar el precio por su vervivio excelente .su duración de cambio de cristal fue entre una hora máximo dos .
