  The friendly staff assisted us on a Sunday when we were in a bind with a flat tire. They provided helpful advice and made the fix quickly and got us back on the road.

  Just had my state inspection done! What I really appreciated was the friendliness of the mechanics and also the recommendations provided to me. Everything comes to a cost and I understood. My landlord/neighbor suggested this location and I'm glad he did! Close to home and reasonable. I will most definitely come again!

  I brought my Tesla here for an inspection after having three other appointments at different shops cancel on me. There’s nothing more frustrating than leaving work early for a scheduled appointment, only to arrive and be told they don’t have time to take you. The gentlemen at this shop were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I also really appreciated that I was able to watch my car being worked on. After having a shop make a major mistake with one of my other vehicles, being able to see what was happening with my car definitely put my mind at ease. As a Tesla owner, I also worry about how the vehicle is lifted because of its weight and the importance of using the proper lifting points. I felt very confident that my car was in good hands. They were extremely busy, which I took as a good sign that they have a lot of business. From the time I arrived until the time I drove away was about an hour. Some people just want their car to pass inspection, but I care more about the inspection being thorough. I want to know if there are any issues that could potentially cause damage or require repairs down the road. They emailed me a full, detailed report of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. They recommended that I replace my tires before winter. Looking at the condition of them, I can see that the recommendation is 100% justified. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure or attempt to sell me tires before I actually needed them. He simply explained the recommendation and said he’d be happy to help me get a decent price when I’m ready. Overall, this was a perfect experience. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely be bringing my Tesla back in a few months when I’m ready for those tires!

  Bill was a great help both times I've had to stop here. He helped with a warranty claim on a new used car we bought and got us inspected as well.

  I came into the tire dealership for an appointment for my state inspection and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get scheduled for first thing the following morning. The reception was outstanding, and the staff was ready to assist customers right when the doors opened. Everything was handled professionally and right on time. Thank you so much for the excellent service and for making the experience so easy and convenient. It is greatly appreciated!
