  I was 3 weeks passed due for my inspection and i stopped in to get it scheduled. They fit me in the next day and was in and out in about 1.5 hrs. They were very busy but still fit me in. Best thing though was the service i witnessed Bill give an elderly gentlemen who could barely walk or hear. His check engine light came on and he was very low on oil. Bill sent a technician out to scan the vehicle and top off the oil. The man expressed how he was on limited income. I was about to pay for it myself but Bill stepped in and told the man that he wont except any payment from him. He had compassion when it was needed most. As someone who manages another company and knows how reviews can make or break you, this guy showed me that hes a great leader and great face for the company.

  Love, love, love coming to good year. Always super friendly and funny staff, they are very thorough and explain things to you in a broken down language everyone would be able to understand. Thank you for being the place I don't mind coming to. Again THANK YOU 😊 🙏

  Generally, I do my own mechanical work. But when I need something done above my level of expertise, I bring it here. Pricing is beyond fair, mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. I had a confusing issue with my truck, that I kept trying to address with mixed results. I went to a dealership service desk to discuss the matter and got nowhere. I brought my truck to Monro, they knew what the issue was, addressed it, and had me back on the road same day.

  My family has been going here for over 10 years for basic things and a few major items with several vehicles of different makes and models. They have always done us right and been precise with diagnosis of issues. Bill and his staff are fair and efficient. Highly recommend.

  My husband took my Ford Edge for inspection and he was very pleased. I called to schedule and Bill was kind and I was happy he was able to get it in quickly! He called to discuss recommendations and we did not feel any pressure to say yes. We will not hesitate to schedule service here again! Thank you!
