  I’ve been going to this Monro location (2045 S Queen St) for a while now and have not had a bad experience yet. Kevin is fantastic, straightforward, knowledgeable, and not someone who is trying to get customer to spend money. He will tell you what you need to get fixed when looking through your car, and what is on the horizon that will need to be repaired (so there’s no surprises and you can budget). Everything I’ve gotten done by this location (oil change, both brakes/rotors replaced, cabin air filter, inspections, wheel alignments) have been great. I’ll continue to go to this location with my car and recommend it highly to others!

  Couldn't believe Kevin thought i was stupid enough to believe it was 3.5hrs taking off the bumper to change a bulb i saw a guy on YouTube do in 17 seconds absolutely try to gouge me me for hundreds of dollars fail my car for it I fixed it in 5 minutes going anywhere but there glad to have my car inspected elsewhere he should be arrested for taking advantage of seniors must be pocket the extra money on the side horrible experience for a simple job run people run

  Absolutely wonderful service, Kevin was transparent and straightforward with the work that needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell me on things, just plainly stated what was wrong, what should be done, and that the work I had originally came in requesting could be done today. Also all of the employees very respectful and professional. Overall amazing experience and will be back again for needs in the future.

  This place is always busy which I assume is good but both times I have been in and sat down the manager with the glasses can’t remember his name was rude and would yell (also curse) at other employees in front of other customers which I find extremely inappropriate. No matter how busy you are there is no reason to act in this way. Not only that but when this manager left the room the two other ladies waiting with me also commented on this managers behavior and said that they have been coming here for years and that this is a normal thing. I run a small business myself and I would most likely get sued if I cursed and belittled my staff in such way. The service was fine but if you’re running a place this busy why would you treat your staff like this? How do you expect to keep anyone? Most likely won’t be returning just because I don’t want promote this type of treatment of staff.

  Kevin, the manager in detail explained to me the extent of the issues with my vehicle after taking it into another shop and being told nothing was wrong. I did not have the funds to complete all the repairs at one time, but Kevin directed me to try for the financing and which my wife and I both got approved for 1800 which took care of the majority problem with the vehicle to get it back and running. Kevin showed nothing but patience with me the entire time and didn’t give up just because I couldn’t afford it right away. I know he’s the manager, but I truly hope corporate sees this review and he gets the recognition that he deserves as well as his team.
