  Ordered rims and tires online to be installed by Monro. There was an issue with the TPMS, but the crew at Monro were able to fix it without charge. The staff is chill and super friendly. Thanks guys

  I have taken my car here a few times because I appreciated the prompt service and what felt like fair pricing. This time, however, I worked with a different employee and the experience was completely different. I brought my car in for an inspection. I received a call later that my car passed inspection, but the spark plugs were due to be changed. I asked how much that would cost. I was quoted $1800. To change spark plugs. I was told this would require lifting the whole engine out, hence the cost. I don't believe that is true. I paid the $80 for the inspection and my spark plugs are doing just fine. Doubt I'll be back.

  Great service. I really appreciate Monroe because they don't try to sell you what you don't need for an oil change like other places. And when there is something that needs to be done they tell you. Makes you trust their judgment.
