  I got a flat tire in the way to work and sat on the side of the road for a very long time waiting for the tow truck. Monro got my car in superfast when I arrived. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. They knew I was having a bad day and the great customer service made the whole experience so much more bearable. I could not help but notice while listening to the manager, Kevin, take calls and interact with the other customers on site customers that everyone was getting the same honest and friendly service that I had received. Highly recommend !!

  I would not recommend getting service from this shop. I took my newly purchased vehicle to them because the breaks sounded loud, the manager told me the breaks were essentially new and that the loud noise was probably because the car was just sitting for awhile. 2 months later after I had only driven the car about 200 miles, I took it to a local shop because the the noise never stopped and breaks sounded even louder. They told me and showed me that the breaks were metal to metal and it ruined my rotors, so I had to pay $700 to have everything replaced. Something that would have been covered by my warranty if they had just done their job. A potentially dangerous and costly mistake getting service from this Monroe.

  Kevin is really that guy! My son has his road test at PennDOT today at 10 am and last night when trying to put air in the tires, he broke a value stem and we had to put the donut on. I was panicking because I didn’t want my son to have to take his test with a donut or don’t even know if they would allow that. My long time mechanic, Chris Lopez from Lopez Auto, talked highly of Kevin and said if we ever have an emergency or situation where he can’t get us in, that Kevin is the guy to go see. So we headed to Monroe right when they opened at 7:30 am, on a Saturday. Kevin literally did not hesitate to jump right into it to get my son’s tire fixed. He made sure the tires were torqued correctly. Threw a zip tie on our bumper and made sure it wasn’t sagging anymore (hit by a neighbor and we haven’t gotten it fixed yet). He went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be back!
