- LHLanda HendersonAug 5, 20262.0This is my second time renting a vehicle at this location. Both times I rented from this location they upgraded my vehicle and charged me extra because they said they didn't have the vehicle that I requested. The Mitsubishi mirage that I had reserved was parked along the side of the building in plain sight. I truly believe that they charge certain people or customers an upgraded fee to make more money off of them. When I go to the enterprise in Mechanicsburg. If u request a car and they don't have it,there are times that they would upgrade u at a discounted rate or at the same rate as what u requested. Another lady came in on Sunday and was having issues with a rental that she had got from Mechanicsburg,they upgraded her for free and even threw in a few perks.Not to note that this guy at enterprise York witford location examined my credit card with surgical procision. When I asked him what was the problem? He asked? This is a credit card? I responded by saying,yes its the same credit card that I used the previous weekend to rent a vehicle from that location. I think that the Mechanicsburg location is a better locations because they seem to have the vehicle that I request most of the time. I also had a spider above the visor that I rented from the whiteford location
