  Would be nice to be informed the car we booked wasnt available. Given a lesser option or an equal price for something much larger than what i wanted is not ok. Poor management it seems.

  Trouble with the website. Called and it was easy to reserve a car with the attendant. Appeared in person 30 min later and drove out in 15. Excellent service from Barcalai.

  This was a last minute rental because another company canceled on me at the last minute. So Enterprise came through for me on this one. Pick up and drop off was simple and easy. No hassle with Enterprise.. just have your DL and proof of insurance ready. Will definitely rent from them again. Oh, and they give mad discounts...

  Reserved a minivan on priceline. The day before I called to verify pickup. The guy told me he can't guarantee me a minivan but he has plenty of larger vehicles to choose from. I asked if it would be the same price as the minivan and he said he couldn't do that. Very unprofessional! Budget rental car won my services this time!

  I have rented from this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at least 10 times due to my work as a field service engineer, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. One time I was charged over $600 plus a $300 deposit for a rental that was booked through Priceline for less than $300. They eventually corrected it after I returned the car, but this should never happen in the first place. On another occasion, I was given a vehicle with a broken license plate tail light. I pointed it out before leaving, and the employee told me not to worry and that they would pay any ticket if I got pulled over. That response was unacceptable. The car should have been fixed and compliant with regulations before being rented out. In a separate incident, I received a call asking me to make a payment without any explanation. When I asked what the charge was for or requested a receipt, I was told I would only receive the receipt after paying. That is completely unreasonable. I will not pay for something without knowing exactly what I am being charged for. Overall, this location lacks transparency, proper vehicle maintenance, and basic professionalism. Based on my repeated experiences, I would not recommend renting from here
