    My experience with Enterprise was nothing but the pleasant. Shoutout to the Manager Max located in the York, PA area. I appreciate his efforts and having my rental experience as smooth as possible. I ended up renting the car longer than anticipated. Max and his team assisted me with my rental extension, which only took 5 mins in person. I was on the road faster than I walked into the building. I even became an enterprise member! Thank you for everything!

    This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at an enterprise location before. The manager Max was super unprofessional and has the worst Customer service. Would not return to this location or recommend to family and friends

    I had same day booking for an economy car with a good enough notice to the establishment . Someone called to confirm the time of my pick up but did not inform me that they did not have my car in stock . So when I arrived , I was already on a time crunch and they told me they only had big trucks available, which would cost me an extra $20 . I feel as though they should have let me know prior to arriving so that I could have made other arrangements. The manager Maxwell took care of me and said they he couldn’t really adjust the price even though they could not fulfill their promise. I rented plenty of time from them but this time I am just super disappointed in this experience and how they handled it .
