  First time was fine however that was because I didn’t leave my personal vehicle there. Second time renting a vehicle there I returned to find a new dent in my rear bumper. Mind you my cars in good condition so of course I’d notice. Needless to say I won’t be returning there again. It’s minor damage but still shouldn’t have happened at all.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Even though they were extremely busy, they still made sure I was taken care of and provided great customer service. Getting my rental while my vehicle was being repaired was easy, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The return process also went smoothly. The staff definitely seemed to have a lot on their plates, and I think this location could benefit from having some additional help. Despite how busy they were, they remained courteous, attentive, and did their best to serve everyone. Thank you to the Enterprise team for taking such good care of me during a stressful situation.

  **Customer Service Complaint Report** **Date:** August 7, 2026 I visited an Enterprise Rent-A-Car location to rent a vehicle. I provided all the required documents and information requested by the rental representative. Everything appeared to be in order, and I met the necessary requirements for the rental process. However, I was informed that I needed to provide a recent utility bill or proof of residence before the vehicle could be released to me. At this time, I have not yet received the bill being requested, and therefore I was unable to provide the document. I respectfully believe that the situation could have been handled more clearly, as I had already presented the other required documentation. As a result, I was unable to complete the rental transaction and receive the vehicle. I am submitting this report to document my experience and request clarification regarding the residency verification requirements and any alternative documents that may be accepted in situations where a utility bill has not yet been received.
