  They met me at the collision center with a vehicle when I dropped my jeep off for repairs, and I was able to leave the rental there at the shop when I picked my jeep up later. Initially they put me in a minivan, but they promised me a vehicle close to mine as soon as they could get it, and followed through on their promise by putting me in a jeep the next day. They were very friendly through the entire encounter. If you need a rental this is the place to go.

  Do not waste your time renting a car at this location. I called and made a reservation online for a 2:30pm pickup. I arrived at 2:30, they said there was not a car available until 5pm. Before I left, they said actually 5:30pm would be better. I agreed and left. At 5:20pm I received a call saying that they had MULTIPLE cars returned that needed oil changes and also cars that were broken. Also, the 1 car that was available was supposed to be returned and the current renter extended their agreement for an additional day. Now it’s 5:40pm, their office closes at 6, I do not have a car and no alternative was presented. Ava, the manager, hung up on me. I filed a complaint with corporate enterprise and I will not use their company again.

  The customer service at this Enterprise location was extremely disappointing. The staff was inefficient, slow, and rude throughout the entire process. Several customers who were there at the same time were visibly upset because of how poorly the situation was being handled. When I spoke up about the poor service and called out the lack of professionalism, the situation only got worse. Shortly after, my reservation was canceled, and my account was locked, which felt like retaliation for complaining about their service. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected much better from Enterprise, but based on how I was treated and how other customers were being treated, I would not recommend this location.
