  The customer service at this Enterprise location was extremely disappointing. The staff was inefficient, slow, and rude throughout the entire process. Several customers who were there at the same time were visibly upset because of how poorly the situation was being handled. When I spoke up about the poor service and called out the lack of professionalism, the situation only got worse. Shortly after, my reservation was canceled, and my account was locked, which felt like retaliation for complaining about their service. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected much better from Enterprise, but based on how I was treated and how other customers were being treated, I would not recommend this location.

  Olivia is a boss. She's knows I'm stuck in York getting my truck repaired and I've been treated like a long lost family member. Brandon from the commercial enterprise already gave me 2 rides from the other location on 2150 s queen street. So if know a company that is doing more for a customer than that let me know.

  The prices are good. The reservation process was very easy and can be modified as often as needed. They call you before pick up to confirm as well. Pick is easy and quick whether you’re paying with major credit card or by debit. Debit you need to verify address of course. Staff was welcoming and polite and very professional. Car return is fast and quick as well, turn in keys they check vehicle and you get your deposit refund sent same day. Depending on your bank it may hit your account 2-3 days after. I was very happy and will definitely come to them again in the future when needed. I did business with the Queen Street location in York, PA

  I could not get my rental car in this location because they did not take my foreign driver license as a visitor in the US so I had to go to another location where I could get it with no issue at all.

  I always use the enterprise in South York Pennsylvania when I’m visiting family there. Making the reservation was super easy, as well as picking up the car and dropping off the car. I had to drop off at the Roosevelt location instead since the south York one didn’t have after hours drop off location but it all worked out. My car was super nice as well- Nissan Sentra. Will definitely continue to use them!
