  Gavin and Chris are amazing! I was on a tight schedule and they got me in same day and took extra good care of my car! I really needed some work done this week and they were friendly the entire time (i was there at the end of day). Gavin kept me updated throughout the entire service and was very friendly. I appreciate and trust all they did today. Chris does fantastic work. Well done! I drove home and my steering wheel no longer was veering to the right due to my alignment issue. Thanks again guys! Saved me the headache. They need to be recognized because they both go above and beyond! Thank you!

  Alex took amazing care of us while there today. He went above and beyond to help us and get us what we needed! Our car unfortunately couldn't be fixed today because of waiting for a part but he communicated every step of the way with us and made a game plan to get it done tomorrow. He was so kind and even got us an Uber ride out of his own pocket which I cant express enough how grateful I am for it. So thankful to have a honest and respectable place to take my car!

  First time to store, brought in a tire with a nail in it and planned to drop it off but one of the workers out on the sidewalk took it from me, directed me into the showroom where the man behind the counter told me they would fix it right away. What great service. Both men were very polite and friendly. I'll be looking to purchase tires there next time I need them.

  I had a really great experience with this shop. They were professional, kind, and, most importantly, very accommodating with my schedule. They worked around my timing to make sure I was able to get my car back when I needed it, which I really appreciated. Although they weren’t able to fix the issue with my car, they were honest about it and made a great recommendation for where I should take it next. I followed their recommendation, and it ended up being exactly what my car needed—the issue was finally resolved! I really appreciate the time they took to help me, even when they weren’t the ones ultimately making the repair. That kind of service and willingness to help goes a long way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused mechanic!

  maybe someone could clear this up for me, a few weeks ago I had a nail in my tire and took to Mavis to have repaired, while I was there another guy came in about my age with the same issue, his car was done before mine and when he went up to the counter they told him no charge? so I'm thinking maybe I will be shown the same courtesy, so I go up to counter and was charged $31 something. I am a Mavis customer and bought 4 tires for my other car in february at that locataion but the car I had there was bought in 2024 and had not needed tires yet and assume it will in the near future, if I am missing something please let me know and i cam amend this review
