Went in yesterday to get 4 new tires. Was quoted 902 out the door. Ended up being 974. I know 72 bucks isn't a lot but 72 bucks is 72 bucks. Was told tires would be 186 a peice, ended up being 199 a peice. Paid a recycle fee for my old tires that I kept, and added some state fee that I have never heard of. Place is very unorganized.

Herbie, Alex and Travis were great. I came in 30 minutes before closing and they helped get my tire's slow leak fixed without an appointment. They stayed a bit late and also surprised me by not charging anything for it. Will come back.

CLOWN TOWN! I come here to have my tires rotated because it's close to my house. My wife gets tires, service and inspection done at the location in the city which has always been great. I've had my tires rotated on my last truck many times and my current truck about five times. Both had aftermarket wheels and was never an issue. I understand their business model for free tire rotations. Get vehicles in there and if there's any problems they're able to drum up more business and potentially sell tires in the future. Even understanding the business model, I have always been willing to pay for the rotation. I set up an online appointment for Saturday at 4:00 p.m. They immediately called me and ask if I could come in on Sunday because they were swamped. I appreciated that due to longer wait times in the past. I scheduled the appointment for 9:30 Sunday and they took it right back. After about a half hour. Herbie called me back to show me something on my truck. He said he's unable to rotate my tires because his torque stick would not fit in the lug bore of my wheel. The funny thing is maybe three tire rotations ago. I waited there for an hour and a half not knowing what was taking so long. They told me they had to run out to the auto parts store to get a thin wall 19 mm socket. I said" I wish you would have told me because I had one in my truck" they said " It's okay, we'll have it for the next time. Beings I did not recognize who I'm assuming is the new manager, Herbie I explained this to him before they took my truck back. I told him if he didn't have a 19 mm thin wall socket then I have one and he said " oh no! No we have all that stuff here. We have plenty of it". So when he took me back he showed me that the thin wall socket fits on the lug nut but he was unable to torque it with the impact torch stick. I told him not to worry about it because I always check them when I leave. I said so you're telling me that a auto repair shop does not have a torque wrench? So any other service they do I guess they don't torque anything unless they can use an impact. It struck me as very peculiar since I have never had an issue in the past with both trucks having aftermarket wheels. I was going to buy my new tires from them next time due to them always rotating my current tires at no cost, same reason I let them do the rear brakes at a previous visit for tire rotation. Long story short, if a auto repair shop does not know how to manually torque a wheel lug, there is a bigger issue. I will not be returning to this location. Seems like they have a problem finding and keeping good management. I rarely ever write negative reviews. I always try to focus my energy on positive reviews when people go out of their way to provide good customer service, but I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone under these circumstances.

Herbie and Gavin were fantastic. Took my wife's car in for an inspection, and even though it passed, I decided to get a couple things done so I didn't have to worry about it later. They stayed open an hour later just to make sure it got done so she could have her car back tonight. Not only were they extremely helpful, but they are some of the coolest and most honest people I've met. Full disclosure on any and everything. I will definitely be bringing my cars back as long as they're here.

Wished I could go less stars. I use to like this place did excellent work but not now. I've sent alot of people from our community (2700) people live here and from what I'm hearing alot of people are feeling like they not trustworthy. Last year they said i need rear brakes( and I did) i asked them at the time how the front ones were they said looked like new. This year inspection they said i need front brakes and rotors. I should had keep mouth closed i told them that last year they said it was like new and I only drove the truck about 2000 miles . So now they said calibers where both stuck. They said my 3mo old windshield wipers blades needed new ones i asked how much they said 20 each ( i get the bill 28.99 each) total bill was 1588.49. They called me at 5:03 said the truck was done on Saturday which they close at 5pm said wanted me to pick up the truck NOW I was at a party told them I would stop by in the morning and get the truck .I was told to pay over the phone because the mechanic wanted to get paid or he was going to have to sleep in the parking lot ( pretty well tells me that the mechanic had to find more stuff for more money. I told them dont flush the brake system as it was done last year they said they had to flush (shows the mechanics don't know how to bleed the line)another 110 dollars.I had an appointment 10am Thursday which they started on Saturday morning. IF A BUSINESS HAS TO GET PAID BEFORE THEY CAN PAY THEIR WORKERS DON'T TRUST THAT THEY WILL BE IN BUSINESS LONG.
