  Bora came out to my home early, and was very communicative prior to his arrival. He explained the process of repairing the small crack in my windshield, allowed me to watch the process, was very professional, and just an all around nice person. He filled the crack and was very meticulous, which very much appreciate! In and out in 20 mins. Highly recommend Safelite, and very highly recommend Bora. Hope he sees this review and gets the praise he deserves.

  Never use this company. They replace your windshield. Leave broken glass on the ground and leave your car dash board dirty. Then tell you that you can get your new inspection sticker done for $20 since they can not do that. They lied you need to pay for an entire inspection. Safe lite repair safe lite disaster

  I had to get my windshield replaced due to a pretty significant crack from debris that flew off a truck on the highway. Even though I was dreading getting it done, the team had it replaced in under an hour. The gentleman I spoke to at the front desk was super nice and helpful also. If I need to get similar services done in the future (I hope I don’t) I’ll be coming back here!

  I had a CHIPPED windshield on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The Safelite Tech was on time but in the process of repairing my CHIPPED windshield he cracked it. Chips can be repaired, cracks cannot. I have a zero deductible with my insurance company and was told by the Safelite Manager that my windshield would be replaced with an original equipment part. After getting the run around by an assistant manager on the day of service when I took the Jeep to their service station for a replacement, I was told that I had to pay them a $100 because I didn't have an original equipment endorsement with my insurance company. My insurance company always replaces parts with O.E.M parts. There is no endorsement. I probably won't use Safelite again in the future. They have nice commercials on T.V but those are DEFINITELY NOT an example of how your service will go or you will be treated. Now I'm not even sure if the installation was done well at all.

  Customer service five stars. Customer awaiting area, one Star! I had the opportunity to spend several hours at this location and observe the staff interacting with customers. The technicians were excellent—pleasant, professional, and thorough in explaining the work being performed. The young woman working at the front counter was especially impressive. She handled customer interactions with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Listening to her assist customers, it was clear she takes pride in her work. Safelite should recognize her efforts—she deserves a raise. As for the facility itself, the customer waiting area is very bare-bones. I appreciate that coffee is available, but it would be nice to have a vending machine with water, soda, and snacks, especially for customers waiting several hours. The furniture is old cafeteria-style seating and not particularly comfortable. The space is also quite loud, making it difficult to work or conduct business while waiting. When repairs take three or more hours, a more comfortable and functional waiting area would significantly improve the customer experience.
