  Tech did a good job with the windshield replacement. No glass anywhere, no whistles, no leaks (it torrentially poured on the way home), no recalibration issues. Was easy to schedule and quick to get in.

  I recently required the services of Safelite AutoGlass to replace my windshield due to a star chip in my sight line. Scheduling the appt was a breeze. I was able to pay my deductible in dance although I was not charged until after service was complete. Colin was excellent replacing the windshield and calibrating the safety monitors. I am very pleased with the services.

  So happy with the technician that was sent and his work. Friendly, helpful, informative, and the job was done quickly and professionally. He contacted me before arrival which i greatly appreciate and followed instructions of where my car was located. He worked clean and took any trash or any materials out before he finished. Will highly recommend the service to others.

  I had a fantastic experience with Safelite from start to finish. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, everything went smoothly, and the service was incredibly convenient. It’s always refreshing to have someone show up who is both personable and clearly knows what they’re doing. I’m very happy with the repair and would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone needing this service!

  This week a rock hit my windshield resulting in a large crack, I called my insurance company. to learn that the Replacement could be covered under comprehensive after a $500 deductible. They put me in touch with the glass division who scheduled me at Safelite as I recognized the name and there were good reviews online. My car has a heads up display and ADAS electronics and I read online that OEM glass is Highly recommended over standard glass for this application. I scheduled my appointment for four days later to be sure I had time to see if The OEM glass would be covered. I received five emails from Safelite prior to my appointment today. Each email had an attachment showing me the work order for a $500 deductible. When I showed up this morning, they said my claim was denied and I owed them $1800+. I learned from my insurance company that Safelite was informed Immediately four days ago that I would not have OEM coverage. However, Safelite did not contact me about this, and I only learned about it at the appointment time. Moreover, For the past several days prior to the appointment, I placed multiple calls to Safelite both the national number and the local number and got routed in a menu system that would never direct me to a person And then eventually leading to a dead end with the line hanging up on me. I can understand that Safelite cannot be responsible for my insurance product,… But the complete lack of communication by both email and inability to call them directly to talk about the scheduled appointment and costs is unacceptable to me as a customer. I have now gone elsewhere For the windshield replacement.
