  Absolutely awesome! It can be challenging to help support a daughter who is in school 1600 miles away from home. I sleep a little better knowing Bruce and the guys at Monro Auto and Tire were open late on Saturday to help us out. I called multiple other stores first and nobody wanted to help. Unasnwered calls. Put on hold. Until I called this shop. Customer service set me up a last minute appointment. Bruce took over from there and made me feel better. Quick response. Solid communication. Fair prices. Fast service. I couldnt be more pleased and would recommend Monro in Willow Grove for all your automotive needs. Thank you Bruce!

  I have to give a shout out to the guys here... Bruce, Nick, and Saint. I left my office last night, it's raining... one of my tires is losing pressure. It's the end of a long day and I have an appointment to get to. Monro was near the end of their day, closing soon. I called up and asked for help. Bruce said, "No problem, bring it in." They got my spare put on, ordered the replacement tire to match my others, and got me on my way FAST. Then the next morning they called me, let me know the tire would be there soon. I didn't have to wonder. Then called me again a little later in the morning, "Sir, your tire is here. We're mounting it onto the wheel now, come on by and we'll get it put on." In, swapped, out... back to my day like nothing ever happened. They took what could have been a really frustrating situation and they made it easy. They were all friendly, personable, and professional. And on top of it all... the pricing was good. When I got home, I searched online just to see. All of the pricing was right in line. So they bailed me out of a jam at the end of their day AND they didn't abuse my wallet. Hugely positive experience. Thank you guys.
