  Jalen, my salesperson, was amazing, and I have no complaints with him. Unfortunately, my experience with Chris Palomeque in Finance was completely different. Ten days after purchasing my vehicle, another driver ran a red light and collided with me, resulting in my new vehicle being totaled. Dealing with the aftermath was already stressful, and attempting to cancel the extended warranty only added to the frustration. I was repeatedly given the runaround regarding paperwork that the bank and GAP insurance needed from the dealership, and I was also told the warranty was through Mazda, only to later learn from Mazda that they could not find it in their system. Thankfully, my bank eventually stepped in and handled the matter. Had this situation been handled transparently and professionally, I would have absolutely purchased my new Mazda from Fred Beans. Instead, I purchased my new CX-50 from Faulkner Mazda.I highly recommend Faulkner Mazda and appreciate the way they treated me as a customer. It left me feeling that Fred Beans was more focused on making the sale than on customer satisfaction afterward. They have lost my future business and my referrals because of how this was handled.

  I had a very easy time with the online experience. The price on the net was price i paid. And even when. Unforseen situation came up they were able to make my dreams come true with just a ond day delay. And I was able to head back out of town for work with out missing a beat.. Over all there were very friendly got car at price expected and only reason I had to go to dealer twice was due to a delivery issue outside of there control. Thanks

  Everyone is very friendly. As I was the only one sitting in the waiting area, one gentleman asked if I'd like to watch TV. Then he handed me the remote so I could watch what I wanted. Everyone who walked by spoke. The young lady who checked me out when my car was done, MAGNIFICENT.

  Daughter purchases a car 3 weeks ago . They rushed her since day 1 . They have the worst communication skills what so ever. I had to reach out to the ceo’s secretary to actually have someone finally call us back. First thing they have cars listed on their website that are not fully maintenance. The car she got has been back n forth to their service dept twice with the RO missing twice , which we had to ask for with numerous phone calls on top of that as well . Now she missing her headrest to her backseat , which was inside the car when it was first shown to us Everyone is saying they gonna call her back and no one has as of yet . We did receive 1 phone call back from Zach the Abington manager but for some reason he won’t call us back and the service department keeps transferring my daughter to voicemails . All they care about is making a sell not the purchaser . Fred beans is not like it is to be or maybe we just picked the wrong location . I feel so bad for her cause she just graduated from college and we go get a car and it’s been a living hell for her . I recommend going to a different location cause this location and the people that work there are the worst.
