This whole ordeal gave me so much anxiety because this is a position I quite literally couldn’t afford to be in as my credit is horrible right now. As soon as we walked in we were seated with Jalen and I told him my situation. He listened patiently and kindly and asked me a few questions as far as my financial goals/budget and jumped right into showing me my options based on what I told him. I was able to get approved for a certified pre owned 2025 CX-5 (including some perks and add ons) and we stayed within my budget. Everyone we met, especially Jalen, were kind, extremely reassuring and non-judgmental and worked with me to meet my needs. I didn’t feel like I was playing a game of haggling and going through the wheeling and dealing routine that unfortunately so often comes with car shopping even in the best circumstances. I would 100% return to this dealership the time I’m in the market and recommend others do as well!
