  Ok so Currently they are working on my car that was towed in on Saturday 10/10 So far they have been pleasant ,patient and working on my car. Yanelle is the service person I have talked to all week so far and she has been absolutely amazing. Just got off the phone with her and I had 99 questions(im exaggerating but see still grateful) Their master mechanic Sam is working on my car and is giving Yanelle answer to give to me in regard to my question. This will be a ongoing review as they still have to do the work on my car. I will update soon Right now it is 4stars if everything else goes great I will be giving them a 5star review and referral

  I recently purchased my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Jae was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but Jae made the experience smooth, pleasant, and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his dedication, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to help his customers. I'm extremely happy with my new Hyundai Santa Fe and grateful for the excellent service I received. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Jae Park!   ⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Save Yourself the Trouble My experience purchasing a car from this dealership was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The amount of waiting and unnecessary delays was unbelievable. After completing the purchase, we were told the paperwork would be handled, but for several days nothing was completed because they claimed they were short-staffed. Communication was terrible. Messages and calls were ignored, and we constantly had to chase them for updates. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and honestly, very little respect for us as customers. The management was just as disappointing. Promises were made, but nobody stood behind their word. Every time we tried to get an issue resolved, we were passed from one person to another instead of anyone taking responsibility. Managers seriously need better training in customer service and accountability. Buying a car is a major purchase, and customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. If you value your time, money, and self-respect, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that will treat you much better. I would personally never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

  Great experience purchasing my new Elantra through Fred Beans Abington. They were professional, quick, not pushy, and got me a great deal, including the value of my trade in, without any stress on my end. Anthony and Ray were both wonderful to work with and I would absolutely go back to them again in the future.
