- JSJarod SevierJul 1, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at the Enterprise Willow Grove location. I reserved a Chrysler Pacifica nearly two months in advance for a road trip, only to receive a call on the morning of pickup that my van was unavailable due to “high summer rental demand.” After waiting more than two hours without an update, I went to the office and found the employees sitting and scrolling on their phones rather than actively working to resolve the issue. When I asked for an update, I was told they were still looking for a vehicle. I ultimately found my own replacement van through the Warminster location, where the staff were professional and helpful. A reservation made two months in advance should be honored. This experience reflected poor customer service, a lack of urgency, and weak management oversight to ensure reserved vehicles are available for customers.

I went through my car insurance and we agreed upon 12 dollars a day but i was charge 57 dollars with no warning or notification. And told me the guy was new . Not my fault still waiting on a manager to contact me. Very frustrating!!!!! UPDATE I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO READH ANYONE!!! I SUPPOSEDLY GOT A CALL FROM REGIONAL MANGER SAYING SOMEONE WOULD HELP ITS A WEEK LATER… NOTHING DO NOT DO BUSINESS
