  I was very pleased with the professional polite associate who served me. The vehicle I received was clean, in good shape, and did not have any bad odors in it. I would recommend the Enterprise rental company to anyone who is interested in renting a vehicle.

  Friendly people shady practices. Went in to get a rental the gentlemen that helped me was very friendly. However I was told a price for the vehicle damage protection that was far off from the true price. I even repeated it back to the gentlemen since I said for that price why wouldn't I add it. He never corrected me when I said it back to him so why would I think anything else. Got the invoice and the cost was 10x higher than what he said. They also put the wrong name on the invoice, which I dont know how since they scanned my license and my name was signed. They were unable to help with anything had to go to 4 people including customer service just to get MY actual name on MY invoice and I am stuck with the "correct" but 10x higher than I was told bill. Branch manager said it was my fault, which fair if I misheard the gentlemen that helped me. However I repeated the price back to him and put emphasis on how low the price was that it was a no brainer to add.....which he never corrected. The optional coverages are one of their ways to improve their sales goals. I believe this is the main reason I was never told/corrected on what the real price was or why there was no want to assist in this matter. Went here for location and reviews. I might just be the outlier when it comes to their service, but I wouldn't risk it again going back here. Just disappointed never had any issue even remotely close to this with any other enterprise.

  I go to this location because it has a great staff. It’s one closer to me. I had a bad experience. There will never go back again, but the Willow Grove location and I was dealing with Kevin very professional, very honest and make sure I was happy with my rental car. That is the kind Customer service I look forward to see you next Rental. Thanks Raymond D,

  Very disappointing experience at the Enterprise Willow Grove location. I reserved a Chrysler Pacifica nearly two months in advance for a road trip, only to receive a call on the morning of pickup that my van was unavailable due to “high summer rental demand.” After waiting more than two hours without an update, I went to the office and found the employees sitting and scrolling on their phones rather than actively working to resolve the issue. When I asked for an update, I was told they were still looking for a vehicle. I ultimately found my own replacement van through the Warminster location, where the staff were professional and helpful. A reservation made two months in advance should be honored. This experience reflected poor customer service, a lack of urgency, and weak management oversight to ensure reserved vehicles are available for customers.
