  I had a nail in one of my tires , and they went out of their way to put me in. Crystal and Sean,We're very helpful. But because I had to wait , they gave me the tire fix for free.wow!!! Crystal was very helpful to me really knew what she was talking about.A good worker and Sean was very accommodating.Would definitely return!!

  Went for an inspection. They were under the hood for quite a while. Checking battery, air filter and such? I found Saturday. My air box wasn’t fully seated!!!! Why were you checking my air filter when I was only in for an inspection..

  Absolutely awful. I paid $2,400 for them to replace the WRONG control arm, to be charged for brakes & rotors that they NEVER even touched, for them to do a horrible weld job on my exhaust (after being charged for a replacement) and they only did that AFTER being chewed out by their DM because they could've seriously injured or killed my kids by leaving me under the impression they fixed the exhaust, but hey, I guess they actually did replace my tires...so yeah, I essentially paid $2,400 for 4 tires AND A MASSIVE HEADACHE. Not to mention, they had my car for a whole month during this ordeal. When I showed frustration for the wait, I was told "they have bigger projects to do", as if nearly 2.5 grand isn't considered a "big enough project". We were told the district manager would be in contact with us to amend the situation, only to be told after MORE waiting around that we had to call the general customer service line. At that point, I accepted that they burnt me. I hope royally ripping off a struggling family made a difference to them.

  Went in for inspection at Third Street facility (appt made week in advance), no techs available to drive a manual transmission. They sent me to another facility (Northway) where we were able to complete the inspection. If you have a manual transmission, worth asking if they have a tech that can drive it. Service was fine at the Northway office. 🖖

  I dropped my car off Saturday morning. They were able to diagnose and fix my car for a reasonable price the same and we're even able to change the oil that I didn't have scheduled as part of the appointment originally.
