  I've been to a couple Mr. Tire locations. This one in Williamsport, Pa. tops them all! Needed emergency alignment and they immediately got me in before work. No song and dance required ;) Very much recommend!!!

  Not an honest shop. Found a slew of issues with my car after they did my first inspection after purchasing it. Had they told me then, I would've been able to get reparations for a bad car sale.

  I don't usually write reviews but in this case I wanted others to be aware of what I experienced when I took my vehicle in for annual inspection and emissions testing at Mr. Tire on 3rd street (August 27th 2026). After initially receiving a call that my two rear tires passed the tread depth check but were low and they recommended replacing. I said not getting any tires now. Roughly 2 hours later I received another call from them stating a misunderstanding of what the technician said and that my right rear tire was failing the tread depth check. I restated that I am not getting any new tires and that I wanted to see the test results. When arriving, I was shown the gauge and pictures of the readings of the testing. The depth gage dial they used had a red bar over the 0 to 3/32" numbers and I was told anything less than 3/32" was failing. I asked what the state requirement was for failing and didn't get a response. I told them that I looked it up and failing is a reading less than 2/32". The actual reading they showed me for this tire was over 2/32". They were unwilling to agree with my position and I ultimately had to pay for a failing inspection and I left with the vehicle. I then called back to speak with a manager about this so we could resolve it. The next day I did get a call from the front desk person and he apologized for the situation and informed me that I was right and that they would pass my vehicle if I can back in. I did so and they passed and stickered it. The issue is that I was told my tire failed the inspection when it was in fact passing according to the state of PA. This is an unethical position to take and I am concerned that other customers may end up buying new tires because they were told they failed when in fact they were passing. I do hope that the proper retraining of all the Mr. Tire employees took place so that they all know the PA specifications for passing and failing inspections.

  While traveling on Route 15/Interstate 99, warning on dash showed 25psi air pressure in left rear tire. Slowly I made my way to Mr. Tire. After explaining my situation, they said it may be a glitch, but offered to check all tire pressures, which were fine. Sent me back on the road with piece of mind and the only charge was a hand shake.
